Lastly, this position requires an individual that can apply basic technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting Air Force technical orders, manufacturers manuals/instructions or similar documents through the usage of test equipment/instruments to affect repairs. Member will inspect, service, repair, and overhaul aircraft, aircraft engines, and other critical components to ensure airworthiness. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Fire protection Engineer to drive business growth for our Fire Protection and Fire & Gas (F&G) Engineering Consultancy services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and converting opportunities into awarded projects across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, Power, Infrastructure, and Commercial sectors.</p><p>Identify and develop new business opportunities for Fire Protection and Fire & Gas Engineering Consultancy services.</p><p>Develop and maintain a database of End Clients, EPC Contractors, PMC Consultants, and Industrial Customers.</p><p>Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, industry events, and client engagement.</p><p>Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.</p><p>Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and identify engineering consultancy opportunities.</p><p>Deliver technical and business presentations showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.</p><p>Coordinate with the engineering team to develop technical solutions and commercial proposals.</p><p>Prepare, submit, and negotiate technical and commercial proposals.</p><p>Follow up on submitted proposals and actively drive opportunities through to Purchase Order (PO) award.</p><p>Maintain an opportunity pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports.</p><p>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.</p><p>Support prequalification submissions, vendor registrations, and framework agreements.</p><p>Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events to enhance business visibility.</p><p>Business Development</p><p>Technical Sales</p><p>Client Relationship Management</p><p>Proposal Preparation</p><p>Lead Generation</p><p>Tender Management</p><p>Presentation Skills</p><p>Negotiation Skills</p><p>Market Intelligence</p><p>Strategic Planning</p><p>Number of new clients developed.</p><p>Number of qualified opportunities generated.</p><p>Value of proposals submitted.</p><p>Proposal-to-order conversion rate.</p><p>Annual sales/revenue achieved.</p><p>Customer satisfaction and retention.</p><p>Growth of key accounts and repeat business.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Fire Protection, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or technical marketing within Fire Protection, Fire & Gas Consultancy.</li><li>Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, Power, Infrastructure, or Commercial projects.</li><li>Knowledge of Fire Protection Systems, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Gas Detection Systems, Passive Fire Protection.</li><li>Experience in the field of Sales and business development in Fire Protection and Fire & Gas detection system Vendors in Kuwait</li><li>Familiarity with NFPA, API, IEC, FM, ISO, and client standards (e.g., KNPC, KOC and Other industrial clients) is an advantage.</li><li>Proven experience in proposal preparation, client presentations, and contract negotiations.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);</li><li>Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.</li></ul><p></p></section>
