Monitoring all incoming calls, email, queries and ensuring professional and prompt responses. Manage daily tasks linked to accurate Absence, Late and Sick procedures are administered and where necessary brought to relevant staff attention. Ensuring all staff complete two daily registrations reports. Implement and monitor end of day procedures and daily changes. Line Manage the workload for reception/Admin Assistant for Registrations, buses and CCAs providing support and training when required.</p><p><strong>Buses</strong></p><p>Working closely with Bus Transport managers to provide support and co-ordination for bus service.
