Job Description About the Role:BÖWE is an award-winning architecture and design firm seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer Fit-Out to join our team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for candidates currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency and with around 5 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, site supervision, and project coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal design teams, while ensuring that all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project timelines, and client requirements.<br>Project & Technical Skills:Strong experience in site supervision for interior fit-out and construction projects. Good knowledge of construction methods, finishing works, materials, and site execution standards. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, shop drawings, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, MEP coordination drawings, and technical specifications.
