If you're skilled in troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing automated control systems, we want to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p>Role Description</p><p><br></p><p>Install, calibrate, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial control panels on packaging and printing lines</p><p>Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software faults in automated production equipment</p><p>Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&amp;IDs, and control diagrams</p><p>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation systems to minimize production downtime</p><p>Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support process improvements and machine upgrades</p><p>Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures</p><p>Maintain accurate service, maintenance, and calibration records</p><p>configure, and calibrate sensors, transmitters, controllers, and related equipment to ensure accurate measurements and reliable system performance.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Diploma or degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field</p><p>5+ years of hands-on experience with industrial automation/control systems, ideally in flexible packaging, printing, or a similar manufacturing environment</p><p>Working knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar)</p><p>Experience with SCADA/HMI platforms</p><p>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills on high-speed production/converting equipment</p><p>Ability to read technical drawings and manuals</p><p>English required; Arabic a plus</p><p>Experience performing preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and control panels.</p><p>Hands-on proficiency with instrumentation, including installation and configuration of sensors and control devices.</p><p>Practical experience in calibration of measurement and control instruments to maintain accuracy and reliability.</p><p>Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards for industrial and automation environments.</p><p>Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and interact professionally with clients.</p></div>
