We are looking for a Driver / Technician Helper to support our maintenance team in daily site activities.

Required responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Driving company vehicles safely to transport technicians, tools, spare parts, and materials to different job sites.

• Accompanying technicians during maintenance calls, breakdowns, inspections, and site visits.

• Assisting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance technicians with basic site activities as instructed.

• Loading and unloading tools, equipment, spare parts, AC units, compressors, motors, and other maintenance materials.

• Assisting technicians in carrying tools, arranging the work area, preparing materials, and cleaning the work area after completion.

• Collecting spare parts and materials from suppliers, stores, and company warehouse when required.

• Ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are properly secured and transported safely.

• Maintaining the company vehicle in clean and good operating condition and reporting any vehicle faults or maintenance requirements.

• Following company safety procedures and site regulations at all times.

• Supporting the maintenance team during emergency and breakdown calls when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Valid Kuwait driving license.

• Good knowledge of Kuwait roads and industrial/commercial areas.

• Physically fit and capable of assisting technicians with tools and materials.

• Previous experience with an HVAC, MEP, facility maintenance, or contracting company is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and materials is an advantage.

• Flexible to work at different locations and during emergency calls when required.
