<p>We are looking for a Driver / Technician Helper to support our maintenance team in daily site activities.</p><p>Required responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li><p>Driving company vehicles safely to transport technicians, tools, spare parts, and materials to different job sites.</p></li><li><p>Accompanying technicians during maintenance calls, breakdowns, inspections, and site visits.</p></li><li><p>Assisting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance technicians with basic site activities as instructed.</p></li><li><p>Loading and unloading tools, equipment, spare parts, AC units, compressors, motors, and other maintenance materials.</p></li><li><p>Assisting technicians in carrying tools, arranging the work area, preparing materials, and cleaning the work area after completion.</p></li><li><p>Collecting spare parts and materials from suppliers, stores, and company warehouse when required.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are properly secured and transported safely.</p></li><li><p>Maintaining the company vehicle in clean and good operating condition and reporting any vehicle faults or maintenance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Following company safety procedures and site regulations at all times.</p></li><li><p>Supporting the maintenance team during emergency and breakdown calls when required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Valid Kuwait driving license.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of Kuwait roads and industrial/commercial areas.</p></li><li><p>Physically fit and capable of assisting technicians with tools and materials.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience with an HVAC, MEP, facility maintenance, or contracting company is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and materials is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Flexible to work at different locations and during emergency calls when required.</p></li></ul>

<p>Required responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li><p>Performing maintenance and repair works for split units, package units, ducted split units, and FCUs.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems.</p></li><li><p>Checking compressors, fan motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, filters, drain lines, and refrigerant levels. </p></li><li><p>Carrying out cleaning, servicing, gas charging, leak checking, and general AC maintenance works. </p></li><li><p>Attending breakdowns and completing assigned jobs within the required time. </p></li><li><p>Following safety procedures and maintaining proper work quality.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AC maintenance and troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Good experience with Split AC, Ducted Split, Package Units and FCUs.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycle and HVAC fundamentals.</p></li><li><p>Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical AC faults.</p></li><li><p>Experience in compressor, fan motor, capacitor, contactor, thermostat and control troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of refrigerant charging, pressure checking and refrigerant leak detection.</p></li><li><p>Ability to perform vacuuming, pressure testing and copper pipe brazing.</p></li><li><p>Skilled in using manifold gauges, vacuum pumps, clamp meters, multimeters and other HVAC service tools.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read basic electrical wiring diagrams and technical drawings.</p></li><li><p>Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of AC equipment.</p></li><li><p>Ability to troubleshoot drainage problems, airflow issues and cooling performance problems.</p></li><li><p>Capable of working independently and attending emergency breakdown calls.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of safety procedures related to electrical works and refrigerant handling.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in facility maintenance / commercial buildings is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Kuwait/GCC experience is preferred.</p></li></ul>
