<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>The Projects Manager is responsible for the end-to-end development, planning, execution, and</p><p>delivery of oil and gas services projects at customer sites. This role holds full ownership of the</p><p>project lifecycle from marketing, initial scoping and mobilization through execution, close-out,</p><p>and customer handover ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to</p><p>the required quality and technical standards.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>1. Business Development</p><p> Get acquainted with the applications and projects of interest</p><p> Identify potential customers for the relevant projects</p><p> Establish a network of relationships to, prepare necessary presentations, and</p><p>coordinate with other colleagues to ensure alignment</p><p><br></p><p>2. Project Planning</p><p> detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource plans for services</p><p>projects at customer/client sites.</p><p> Review contract scope, technical specifications, and customer requirements to</p><p>define project deliverables.</p><p> Identify equipment, personnel, materials, and logistics requirements ahead of</p><p>mobilization.</p><p> Prepare risk assessments, HSE plans, and job safety analyses (JSAs) in</p><p>coordination with QHSE teams.</p><p> Develop project budgets and cost estimates; align with commercial/contracts</p><p>teams on scope and pricing.</p><p>3. Project Execution &amp;amp; Site Management</p><p> Take full ownership of project execution at client sites, acting as the primary</p><p>point of accountability.</p><p> Mobilize crews, equipment, and subcontractors in line with the project schedule.</p><p> Supervise and coordinate field teams, service engineers, technicians, and third-</p><p>party contractors on-site.</p><p> Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with HSE regulations, client site</p><p>requirements, and company QHSE policies.</p><p> Monitor daily progress against plan; proactively resolve technical, logistical, or</p><p>personnel issues that arise on-site.</p><p> Act as the primary interface between the company and the client&amp;#39;s site</p><p>representatives during execution.</p><p>4. Process Ownership &amp;amp; Governance</p><p> Own the project management process end-to-end, ensuring adherence to</p><p>internal SOPs, quality management systems, and client contractual</p><p>requirements.</p><p> Maintain full documentation trail: work orders, daily progress reports,</p><p>timesheets, material consumption, non-conformance reports, and close-out</p><p>reports.</p><p><br></p><p> Ensure proper handover procedures, punch-list closure, and customer sign-off</p><p>at project completion.</p><p> Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes based on lessons</p><p>learned.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Cost, Schedule &amp;amp; Performance Control</p><p> Monitor project costs against budget; report variances and implement</p><p>corrective actions.</p><p> Track project KPIs: schedule adherence, cost performance, HSE incidents,</p><p>quality metrics, and customer satisfaction.</p><p> Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.</p><p> Manage change orders, scope variations, and their commercial/schedule</p><p>impact.</p><p><br></p><p>6. HSE &amp;amp; Compliance</p><p> Ensure all site personnel comply with company and client HSE standards and</p><p>permit-to-work systems.</p><p> Conduct or oversee site HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety audits.</p><p> Investigate and report incidents, near-misses, and non-conformances;</p><p>implement corrective/preventive actions.</p><p> Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements at all project sites.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Key Qualifications</p><p><br></p><p> Bachelor&amp;#39;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, or related</p><p>field); PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.</p><p> 8 to 12+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a minimum of 5</p><p>years in a project management role covering field services execution.</p><p> Proven track record managing service delivery projects at client/well/plant sites</p><p>(e.g., completions, workover, wireline, coiled tubing, chemical services,</p><p>maintenance, or similar service lines).</p><p> Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, permit-to-work processes,</p><p>and industry regulatory frameworks.</p><p> Solid understanding of project cost control, scheduling tools (Primavera P6/MS</p><p>Project), and contract management.</p><p> Experience managing multidisciplinary field teams and third-party contractors.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Skills &amp;amp; Competencies</p><p><br></p><p> Strong leadership and on-site decision-making ability</p><p> End-to-end ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes</p><p> Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills</p><p> Strong client relationship management and communication skills</p><p> Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities across multiple</p><p>sites</p><p> Sound commercial and cost-management acumen</p><p> Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills</p><p><br></p><p> Willingness to travel and work at remote/field locations, including rotational</p><p>schedules if required</p><p>KPI’s &amp;amp; Success Metrics</p><p> Meeting budget</p><p> On-time project delivery rate</p><p> Budget/cost variance performance</p><p> HSE incident rate (LTI, TRIR) on managed projects</p><p> Customer satisfaction and repeat business</p><p> Quality of documentation and process compliance</p></div>
