<p><h4>Job Description</h4>
<p>The Non-Destruction Inspection Technician (NDI) III inspects aerospace weapon systems components and support equipment for structural integrity using nondestructive inspection methods and performs fluid analysis.</p>
<p>Conduct the training and examination on all NDT methods to certify and to re-certify all operators and inspectors as outlined in NAS 410 or ASNT-CP-189.</p>
<p>Determine test method and prepare fluids and parts for nondestructive inspection.</p>
<p>Interpret nondestructive inspection test results and provide information about defects to repair center.</p>
<p>Analyze wear metal content reports on engine lubricating oil and other fluids and recommend corrective action.</p>
<p>Establish radiation areas for radiographic operations.</p>
<p>Compute and monitor personal exposure areas for radiographic operations, and monitor personnel exposure data.</p>
<p>Perform nondestructive inspection on structures, components, and systems.</p>
<p>Detect flaws such as cracks, delaminations, voids, processing defects, and heat damage using penetrant, eddy current, magnetic particle, radiographic, optical, and ultrasonic test equipment.</p>
<p>Determine metallurgical information of components according to alloy, temper, conductivity, and associated factors.</p>
<p>Operate, maintain, and inspect nondestructive equipment.</p>
<p>Perform operator maintenance and service inspections on shop equipment and tools.</p>
<p>Ensure lock out and tag out procedures are accomplished prior to maintenance on equipment.</p>
<p>Perform silver recovery functions.</p>
<p>Handle and dispose of hazardous waste and materials.</p>
<p>Perform other qualified duties as assigned.</p>
<h4>Minimum Requirements:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Completion of high school or equivalent and U.S. military technical school or specialized training course is desired, certification of education level is required.</li>
<li>Trained and certified as an Examiner (Level III) to monitor the NDT Program, interpret codes, standards and other contractual documents that control the NDT method, will be certified to review their own x-rays.</li>
<li>Three (3) years’ experience as a Non Destructive Inspection (NDI).</li>
<li>Must be able to pass and clear CENTCOM Army MOD Physical and requirements for deployment (will attend CRC/DIDC Training).</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain Kuwait PCC clearance and Visa, prior to deployment.</li>

Position Overview: The Electrical Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and managing all electrical maintenance activities for a fleet of onshore drilling rigs and associated equipment. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Management: Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance programs for land drilling rigs. Ensure maximum reliability and availability of drilling electrical systems and associated equipment. Plan and supervise major electrical overhauls, rig upgrades, and refurbishment projects. Review equipment performance and implement reliability improvement initiatives. Monitor equipment failures and perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to eliminate recurring issues. Ensure maintenance activities comply with OEM recommendations and industry best practices. Fleet Support: Provide technical support to multiple onshore drilling rigs. Coordinate troubleshooting of complex electrical failures affecting drilling operations. Monitor rig electrical KPIs including equipment availability, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance compliance.
