Time served in the oil field as mechanic with relevant training certificates and references may be accepted in place of apprenticeship. Minimum three (3) years of working experience in the mechanical field in drilling and workover operations and have demonstrable supervisory skills. Preferred to have working experience on land rigs or offshore rigs.</p><p><strong>Skills/Competencies Required:</strong> Fluent in the English language (Spoken & Written) PC literate in Microsoft Office Situation Awareness, Communication, Teamwork, detail oriented, Problem Solving.</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> Regularly climbing (stairs, ladders). Regularly bending, twisting, and standing. Ability to work outdoors under all extreme weather conditions (Noise / Humidity / Cold / Heat). Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
