<p><p>The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Inspector monitors, evaluates and executes audits of assigned operations to ensure compliance with customer EHS policies, processes and procedures. Ensures the collection of EHS data and analyses of that data to identify trends and monitor the effectiveness of the EHS programs.</p>
<h4>Principal Accountabilities</h4>
<p>Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract:</p>

<li>Reviews in-process and final quality assurance and quality control inspections of all maintenance actions, which involve environmental, health and safety.</li>
<li>Provides training to personnel in theatre on EHS topics or as directed by program quality assurance management.</li>
<li>Conducts injury and accident investigations and determines root causes and corrective actions.</li>
<li>Responds to customer complaints as required.</li>
<li>Reviews incoming technical publications and directives for applicability.</li>
<li>Verifies that all personnel in theater are properly certified and/or trained to perform their assigned duties, in accordance with US and host national laws, regulations and standards and the statement of work.</li>
<li>Performs other qualified duties as assigned.</li>

<h4>Knowledge and Skills</h4>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of quality control plans and quality management practices and processes to carry out performance requirements and ensure contractual requirements are met.</li>
<li>Working knowledge and experience implementing environmental, health and safety programs.</li>
<li>Experience in conducting aviation mishap and injury investigations.</li>

<h4>Experience and Education</h4>

<li>OSHA safety certificate in general safety or construction safety.</li>
<li>40-hour HAZWOPER certificate is required and must be current.</li>
<li>Quality management experience in an aviation maintenance organization.</li>
<li>Aviation safety official or equivalent desirable.</li>
<li>Additional experience and education may be required by contract or assignment.</li>

<li>Act as the primary liaison between tenants and management for property-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and high tenant satisfaction and retention.</li>

Ensures any deviation from client well plan (Game Plan) is approved by STP, and that Client representative has documented in written form, and that necessary management of change or deviation is approved in Synergi prior to operation starts. Prepare accurate and timely reports, including daily drilling reports, equipment status reports and incident reports, to document drilling activities and operational performance. <p>Production Manager – Food Manufacturing</p><p>An experienced and results-oriented Production Manager is sought to lead and oversee complete production operations in the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on production experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure production targets, quality, efficiency, and food safety standards are consistently achieved.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Lead, plan, and control daily production operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and timely delivery.</p><p>• Manage, motivate, and develop the production team, including Operators, Production Assistants, and Technicians.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, Food Safety, SOPs, and company quality standards.</p><p>• Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.</p><p>• Monitor production performance, KPIs, productivity, waste, downtime, and resource utilization, and implement continuous improvement actions.</p><p>• Ensure availability of raw materials, recipes, manpower, equipment, and other resources required for production.</p><p>• Identify and resolve production and operational problems effectively, including coordination of machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and production-line issues.</p><p>• Monitor finished products and production records to ensure accurate quantities, quality compliance, and proper transfer to the warehouse.</p><p>• Support new product development, production trials, process improvements, and production scale-up in coordination with R&D and Quality.</p><p>• Control production costs and waste while improving efficiency and utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.</p><p>• Conduct team meetings, assign responsibilities, provide coaching and training, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment.</p><p>Preferred Qualifications & Experience</p><p>1. Minimum 5 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in a Production Manager or similar production management role.</p><p>3. Minimum 3 years of experience in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food & Beverage industry.</p><p>4. Strong practical knowledge of production operations, food safety, GMP, ISO, SOPs, and quality standards.</p><p>5. Proven experience in team leadership, production planning, KPI management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.</p><p>6. Practical understanding of production machinery, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, waste reduction, and cost control.</p><p>7. Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.</p><p>8. Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP/software applications.</p><p>9.
