assets, ensuring energy yield, availability, revenue and profitability meet or exceed approved targets.</p><p>• Establish and monitor asset and portfolio KPIs, identify underperformance and lead timely corrective and preventive actions.</p><p>• Oversee asset management plans, equipment reliability, warranties, degradation, major maintenance and lifecycle CAPEX requirements.</p><p>• Support the transition and integration of new projects into the operating portfolio and ensure effective lifecycle management.</p><p><b>O&M & Contractor Management</b></p><p>• Act as the primary interface <li>Conducts quality and safety inspections and audits of contract operations and subcontractors to ensure compliance with customer policies, procedures, standards and regulations.</li>
<li>Coordinates and conducts EHS incident and accident investigations and prepares reports, quality trend analysis reports, quality evaluation records, and other quality assurance and quality control records as required by the contract or program office.</li>
<li>Provides staff expertise for review of proposed environmental laws and regulations and assessment of impact to company operations.</li>
<li>Reviews in-process and final quality assurance and quality control inspections of all maintenance actions, which involve environmental, health and safety.</li>
<li>Provides training to personnel in theatre on EHS topics or as directed by program quality assurance management.</li>
<li>Conducts injury and accident investigations and determines root causes and corrective actions.</li>
<li>Responds to customer complaints as required.</li>
<li>Reviews incoming technical publications and directives for applicability.</li>
<li>Verifies that all personnel in theater are properly certified and/or trained to perform their assigned duties, in accordance with US and host national laws, regulations and standards and the statement of work.</li>
<li>Performs other qualified duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Knowledge and Skills</h4>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of quality control plans and quality management practices and processes to carry out performance requirements and ensure contractual requirements are met.</li>
<li>Working knowledge and experience implementing environmental, health and safety programs.</li>
<li>Experience in conducting aviation mishap and injury investigations.</li>
<li>Knowledge in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of military quality practices.</li>
<li>Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, effective leadership and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Sound knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system requirements.</li>
<li>Additional knowledge and skills may be required by contract or assignment.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Experience and Education</h4>
<ul>
<li>Two years of experience in any combination in the following areas: quality assurance, environmental, health, safety operations.</li>
<li>OSHA safety certificate in general safety or construction safety.</li>
<li>40-hour HAZWOPER certificate is required and must be current.</li>
<li>Quality management experience in an aviation maintenance organization.</li>
<li>Aviation safety official or equivalent desirable.</li>
<li>Additional experience and education may be required by contract or assignment.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Additional Requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>A valid US passport with minimum 2.5 years validity is required for deployment to Kuwait.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain Kuwait police clearance certificate and visa.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass CENTCOM medical requirements to attend CRC for deployment.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Security Clearance Requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance (NAC-I T1) public trust.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain facility credentials and authorization to work at this location.</li>
<li>US citizenship is required for facility credentials and authorization at the work location.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Physical Requirements and Working Environment</h4>
