Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance; note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance. Minimum seven (7) years of construction field experience in all phases of Civil and Building Construction or a two (2) year associate degree in construction management or related field and five (5) years of field experience. Experience with mechanical projects (HVAC, plumbing) and electrical projects. Experience in civil/structural projects and hold an American Concrete Institute (ACI) concrete testing certification. Construction inspector shall also be versed in the International Building Code (IBC), NFPA Fire Codes, British Standard (BS) Electrical Code, and the National Electric Code (NEC) in addition to general construction practices. Must be able to read, interpret, and decipher all construction documents (schedules, specifications, blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and related documents); analyze procedures to identify deficiencies, review time/cost estimates, monitor project phasing and ensure adherence to approved safety standards, observe and inspect ongoing construction work, oversee construction record keeping activities, recommend payments to contractors, recommend change orders, review proposed change orders submitted by construction contractors, prepare and submit reports, and keep a daily log of all activities, weather conditions and work quantities. An EIT or Professional Certification/Project Management Certification is desired. Additional knowledge/skills may be required by contract or assignment.</p><p></p></section>

<p>The C3TO Contract provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Play an intricate role in the development and analysis of potential CI threats, insider threats, and Green on Blue threats</li><li>Directly support our HUMINT and CI operations under CJTF-OIR.</li><li>Develop all-source association matrices on individuals identified in reporting.</li><li>Construct link diagrams.</li><li>Develop Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR)/ Host Nation Information Requirements (HNIR)/IR analysis of reporting.</li><li>Perform general intelligence analysis related to counter-terrorism, HUMINT, Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Southwest Asia regional issues, political/military analysis, and targeting as requested.</li><li>Log new requirements into tracker.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Active TS/SCI</li><li>Education: Associate degree OR an additional three years of intelligence analysis experience in lieu of Degree.</li><li>Experience: At least four years analytical experience at the operational/strategic level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or equivalent specialty codes such as USMC 0204, 0210, 0211 - Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, U.S. Navy Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF 1N051 All Source Intelligence Analyst, 1N771 Human Intelligence Specialist or 1N451A Intelligence Fusion Analyst.</li></ul>
