The DTE specialist will provide hands-on maintenance support and operational training on the repair of the Radar transmitter Battery Replaceable Units (BRU’s). Systems are computer driven and training will consist of both electronic and mechanical repair for the units under test. Working under a Patriot Test Station Lead, this position will require hands-on operation, maintenance and sustainment of the PAT 243 and PAT 247 Patriot test stations in support of Patriot Configuration 3+ systems. This will include operating troubleshooting and sustaining the coolant oil processing unit and Radar coolant group to ensure oil flow and glycol resistivity requirements are met for system unit operation. This will also include sustaining and troubleshooting converters, inverters and electric circuit’s assembly for the transmission system, by tracking signals and measuring voltage, current and resistance measurements to isolate problems to the component level on the Pat 247 test station. Functionally verifies the operational condition of the PAT 243, 244 and PAT 247 test stations to verify operational status. Demonstrates proper maintenance, sustainment, repair procedures and techniques. Participates in on-the –job training programs. Prepares, fills out and submits maintenance reports, system problem reports (SPR’s) and performs other duties as directed.</p><br><br><br><p><b>This position is located in Kuwait.</b></p><br><br><br><br><p><b> Qualifications You Must Have :</b></p><br><br><p>Must have four (4) years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in the operation, maintenance and sustainment of Dimensional Test Equipment (DTE) Station equipment and for testing, troubleshooting and repairing Patriot electronics Assemblies and Subassemblies to the component level, or equivalent test stations. Experienced in reading and understanding engineering drawings, schematics, books, technical documents and PC software. Demonstrated skills in using general tools and general use commercial test equipment, also in replacing component parts on circuit card assemblies. Must be able to work in extreme desert environments and lift 50 pounds. Must have a good understanding of standard industrial test equipment such as digital volt meters, high voltage probes, power meters, spectrum analyzers, frequency counters and oscilloscopes. A Secret Security Clearance is required.</p><br><br><br><p><b>Qualifications We Prefer:</b></p><br><br><p>A minimum of 6 to 8 years hands on knowledge and experience operating, maintaining and sustaining PAT 243, and PAT 244 test stations or equivalent test stations. Demonstrated experience working on Configuration 3 system assemblies and subassemblies. Experience working in and with a Middle East customer directly. <p>The Real Property Specialist evaluates and recommends programs and development plans for new construction, renovation, and improvements of real property facilities, including utility systems. Will also coordinate and oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance, personnel, and services at assigned location ensuring quality to the customer.
Principal Accountabilities
Contractor will attend meetings as required.
Will be responsible for the accounting and management of the installations real property records.
Shall ensure real property data is validated and kept current and new real property is properly accounted for in Government tracking systems.
Accounts for space utilization for base wide facilities.
Conducts space utilization studies and provides recommendations on how to more effectively utilize real property space on the installation.
Coordinates with users on space requests and validates requirements for space.
Collaborate with various base agencies to apply principles of master planning and site planning of a wide variety of facilities.
Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
Contractor’s personnel shall have at minimum 2 years’ experience managing and recording real property. Real Property experience for DoD installations is preferred but not required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.

<p>We are looking for The Cybersecurity Engineer (CE) to be dedicated to the Schneider Electric Enterprise Network and Security Services team that provides lifecycle security services for customers. Key Tasks: The Cybersecurity Engineer has primary responsibility for technical execution / delivery of security solutions to customers. While executing a Schneider Electric security solution, the CE will represent Schneider Electric as a technical leader with the proficiency to implement technical security solutions. Solutions will be composed of key elements that meet the customer needs. The CE will manage the implementation of solutions, perform site visits to maintain the security solution, provide security training and consult on security matters when required. The CE will ensure that the security infrastructure required to support Schneider Electric applications is in place. Work with the product manager or project sponsor to successfully implement the Schneider Electric Security solutions and associated applications Configuration of any approved host and network security solutions Configuration of Network Performance Monitoring and Management solutions Oversee any required modification or reconfiguration of network elements Manage installation and connectivity testing of the security solutions Lead application acceptance testing (from a security perspective) Develop and deliver end user training Develop and deliver technical documentation as required Technical research to meet security solution requirement</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in OT Industrial Control System</li><li>3+ years performing the installation and/or management of network-based firewalls, preferably Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper or another top-tier product.</li><li>3+ years performing network troubleshooting using sniffers and monitors.</li><li>3+ years performing the installation and/or management of network-based Intrusion Detection products.</li><li>3+ years advanced systems administration (Windows Active Directory)</li><li>3+ years of experience in implementing Host-based security technologies (Antivirus, Data Leakage Prevention, Host IPS, Whitelisting)</li><li>3+ years of experience in implementing system backup technologies</li><li>Understanding of high-availability networking technologies</li><li>Experience working in a mixed environment of both standard TCP/IP and nonstandard networking protocols</li><li>Experience in developing, evaluating, implementing Security Policy and Procedures</li><li>Experience with the Schneider Electric product line and Industries is desirable but not essential</li><li>Experience with LAN, WAN and technologies</li><li>Facilitation skills to lead requirements discovery workshops and project scope change requirements</li><li>Analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements</li><li>Observational skills to validate data obtained via other techniques and expose new areas for elicitation</li><li>Writing skills to communicate information effectively to customers, Project Managers, and technical staff</li><li>Organizational skills to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis to cope with rapidly changing information and be able to apply this</li><li>Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate customer priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders</li><li>Bachelor s Degree in a computer related field, plus one of the following certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) ISA99 or IC32-34 related OT certification</li><li>Based in Oman</li><li>Independent, self-sufficient, able to work alone without direct supervision.</li><li>Capable of taking full responsibility for executing tasks, sometimes at remote locations.</li><li>Confident in customer project environment.</li><li>Able to show initiative, make quick decisions, and follow through to a conclusion.</li><li>Travel required 50% or more during heavy project and services loads</li></ul>
