<p>Overview ***This position is physically located in Kuwait in support of WEXMAC*** Working across the globe, V2X builds smart solutions designed to integrate physical and digital infrastructure from base to battlefield. Oversee all food services operations under the general guidance of the DFAC Area Manager. The DFAC Manager will direct all work and be responsible for performance in designated facility (to include subcontractors) to meet the specific performance requirements and standards in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responsibilities This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. + DFAC Managers are midlevel managers who operate facilities that fluctuate between 500 to 5000 personnel per meal, manage between 40 – 90 personnel and can be used as floaters to cover shifts when managers have days off, vacations, sick or administrative appointments. + DFAC Managers will be responsible for receiving, storing and issuing CLASS I Operational Rations; conducting the 28-day menu and planning with the Government Food Service Advisor; Requisitioning and Acquisition of Subsistence from Prime Vendors and utilizing the System Total Ordering Ration Electronic Receipt system (STORES) and DSCP. + Responsible for storing all subsistence to ensure food items are sanitary and remain fresh before consumed; subsistence is not handled in any manner that exposes the food items to unsanitary conditions or environmental temperature and humidity conditions that could damage or spoil the subsistence; comply with Chapter 13 of FM 10-23-2, Tri-Service Food Code (TB MED 530) and all US Department Health and Human Services Food Code standards, and keep records of all food received and stored as required, verifying proper handling and storage procedures are used. + Manage supervisors and subcontractors with food preparation, food serving, cashier operations, cleanliness of the dining areas, serving lines, kitchens, temperature danger zones, dishwashing area and storage areas IAW with PWS, Work Instructions, Military regulations, pamphlets, guides, Tri-Service Food Code and SOPs. + Maintain all equipment accountability and serviceability; ensure proper cleaning and maintenance is being conducted. + Maintain proper turn-in and ordering of stockage levels of both consumable and non-consumable products. + Ensure that all employees are always in compliance with all established Policies and Regulations. + Direct and ensure that HACCP procedures are followed. + Performs other duties and assignments as required. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: + + Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, Associate’s Degree preferred. + Must have and maintain a current Serve-Safe certification (Within 3 years). + Must be have a current, valid U. S. Passport and U. S. or Local Driver’s License. + Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently. + Must be able to pass MOD18 employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc Experience: + + Must have a minimum of 10 years of large-scale food operation experience with a minimum of 4 years large-scale food operation management, preferably military food service. + Prefer military food service experience in the grade of Sergeant First Class (E-7) or above within the past ten (10) years, four (4) years must have been served as a manager or assistant manager. Skills: + + Should be knowledgeable in AFMIS, STORES, inventory control. HACCP, FM-10-23-2, DA Pam.30-22, AR. 30-22, TB MED 530, AR 40-25, AR 30-21, and U.S Department of Health and Human Services Food Code standards. + Thorough understanding of quality customer food service and preparation of nutritional meals. + Must be able to work under pressure. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph">The Transportation Lead provides comprehensive movement control, transportation synchronization, and multimodal distribution support across the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility. This role integrates Air Coordination Cell operations, container management, convoy coordination, customer service, staging area management, and HAZMAT documentation. The position requires proficiency with IBS-CMM, CMOS, RFID systems, and compliance with DTR 4500.9-R Part II. Additionally, the role supports operational sustainment, movement control, and distribution activities for the 1st Theater Sustainment Command (1 TSC), including planning, tracking, and coordinating strategic and tactical movement of personnel, cargo, and equipment across air, land, and sea. The position ensures accurate execution of provisioning, inventory, maintenance, repair, and transportation activities while contributing to the refinement of logistics policies and the integration of processes across teams and partner organizations.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:Provide leadership to CRSP teams including Line Haul, Air Coordination Cell, Container Processing, Container Fabrication, Customs Clearance, and TAS teams.Verify DD Form 1149, TAC Codes, DODAACs, shipment priority, and POC information.Receive cargo from all transportation modes and process for delivery.Validate manifests, MROs, DD Form 1149, and DD Form 1384.Prepare sensitive cargo documentation including DD Form 1387-2 and DD Form 1907.Coordinate pre-Joint Inspections and Joint Inspections.Build and inspect 463L pallets IAW DTR 4500.9-R Part II.Coordinate with KMOI and MCTs for required movement.Perform pre-JIs to ensure compliance with Air Force regulations.Transport or coordinate transportation to/from APOE/D.Prepare DD Form 1384 TCMD and complete prime/trailer card entries.Conduct export inspections with Military Customs.Compute center of balance and weight for rolling stock.Maintain historical cargo movement data across the AOR.Operate MHE including 4K 100K forklifts and container handlers.Support ocean freight movement through designated SPOE/D.Lead convoy operations ensuring preparation, safety, and accountability.Deliver daily and weekly safety briefings.Support logistics requirements through analysis, planning, and coordination.Manage LIS data including GCSS-Army.Oversee purchasing, transportation, warehousing, and production control.Ensure host-nation compliance for company/contract vehicle documentation.Plan and coordinate logistics, transportation, and customer service activities.Ensure compliance with legal, military, and ISO requirements.Plan, schedule, and track movements across all transportation nodes.Create and manage TMRs using LOADOUT and other LIS tools.Coordinate route, highway, airspace, and customs clearances.Support intermodal operations including distribution, retrograde, and onward movement.Maintain ITV using approved DoD systems.Assist with BBPCT (blocking, bracing, packing, crating, and tie-down).Participate in movement boards and multinational coordination meetings.Ensure documentation compliance per DTR 4500.9-R.Support container management and ensure accurate JCM reporting.Ensure adherence to U.S., USCENTCOM, USARCENT, and 1 TSC policies.Maintain awareness of HAZMAT requirements and ensure certification compliance.WORKING ENVIRONMENTWork is performed in outdoor, warehouse, and operational environments with potential exposure to physical, chemical, and biological hazards. <p><strong>Job Overview</strong> Weatherford is seeking a skilled and results-driven Field Specialist IV MPD to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for optimizing MPD and drilling processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will work closely with country and regional team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Additionally, this role plays a key part in conducting Operations safely and with minimal interruption to drilling. The job requires occasional package preparation in the Weatherford base where full compliance to Weatherford performance standards is required.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> Conducts maintenance of the Managed Pressure Drilling Services equipment at the job site and workshop when required. Responsible for managing all aspects of the field/offshore Directly responsible for the safe delivery of all MPD related services onsite. On call 24hrs while on site. Responsible for daily MPD reporting, hydraulic calculations, simulations and supervises shift personnel. At the discretion of product line management (such as the Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, or their designee) will be responsible for working in the shop. This will include but not limited to green tagging, preparing, and/or assisting with shipping equipment to job site. Rig up, operate and perform troubleshooting of the Managed Pressure Drilling Services equipment at the job site or workshop, ensure all paperwork and HSE requirements are met and complied with Perform green tagging, In Casing Test, or other operational activities required on location or in the shop and all documented procedures for the Managed Pressure Drilling Services equipment on location. Perform all RCD operations and monitoring. Performs field operations of Managed Pressure Drilling Services equipment including operating the MPD Choke from the Operator s Panel Troubleshoot all electrical/electronic components and repair/maintain chokes and other mechanical equipment as necessary. Completes all the necessary reports/paperwork related to Managed Pressure Drilling Services operations. Keeps updated on all inspection requirements for the Managed Pressure Drilling Services equipment on the job site and in the shop. Demonstrate and apply knowledge and understanding of all matters related to the Managed Pressure Drilling Services equipment and accessories. Provides onsite job support to include but not limited to: mechanical, hydraulic functionality, revision changes, compatibility issues, troubleshooting, system versions, of Managed Pressure Drilling Services components. Keep updated on Managed Pressure Drilling Services equipment, mechanical and hydraulic equipment manufacturing or regulatory standards. Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions Comply with Weatherford and client Quality, Health, Security and Environment (QHSE) procedures and documentation on site for specific shift. Document all jobs and incidents in the Weatherford Performance Tracking System (WPTS). Participate in the Permit to Work process. Actively participate in ToolBox talks. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford Required to complete the competency and training requirements identified by Global and Regional Management.
