<p>Supervises Fuel Distribution operations within assigned units. Supervises assigned sections of the logistical planning and management functions of aviation, diesel, and mogas fuel missions. Develops maintenance plans for fuel equipment at assigned locations. Ensures that usage calculations, service times, and fuel levels are maintained as required. <strong>1. Technical Coordination & Workflow Management</strong>

<li><strong>Equipment Deployment: </strong>Coordinate the day-to-day deployment, scheduling, and maintenance of broadcast equipment, host media facilities, and Master Control Room (MCR) infrastructure.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Dependencies: </strong>Serve as the central point of contact for tracking technical dependencies between traditional AV/broadcast setups, venue IT networks, and streaming systems.</li>
<li><strong>Documentation: </strong>Maintain comprehensive project documentation, asset registries, technical asset tracking, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for live event broadcasts.</li>
<li><strong>Advanced Workflows: </strong>Assist in coordinating IP-based broadcast setups, cloud production workflows, and digital asset management environments.</li>

<strong>2. Stakeholder & Rights-Holder Relations</strong>
<ul>
<li><strong>Interface: </strong>Facilitate communications and logistical requirements between local entities, international sports federations, and external host broadcasting teams.</li>
<li><strong>Broadcaster Access: </strong>Coordinate media access, venue technical operations (VTO), and unilateral broadcast requests for Rights-Holding Broadcasters (RHBs).</li>
<li><strong>Milestones: </strong>Organize and track testing schedules, commissioning runs, and rehearsal milestones to transition systems smoothly into live operations.</li>

<strong>3. Vendor & Infrastructure Support</strong>

<li><strong>Vendor Management: </strong>Manage relationships with local and international technology vendors, tracking service level agreements (SLAs) and equipment delivery timelines.</li>
