<p>EPP III Patriot Missile Generator Rebuild and HVAC Technician Kuwait Perform 3KW 150 KW Sustainment and field level maintenance to include EPP III Engine, Main Gen, and Control Panel overhaul, troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and services on all types of military and commercial generators and HVAC systems used by the U.S. Army. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Generator rebuild and HVAC Technician, the work you ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Worldwide Field Support contract for the U.S. Army. You ll play a crucial role in providing on-site technical and maintenance assistance, analyzing complex technical problems, and providing training to site operations and maintenance personnel. Perform overhaul, maintenance and sustainment support on 3kW to 150kW, 500 0hz generators involving installation and removal of generators from fixed and mobile locations, troubleshoots and repair alternating current (AC) systems, direct current (DC) systems, electronic control systems and other program logic controls, electrical wiring and accessories. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, Chillers, and Environmental Control Units some are standalone units and others are mounted on trailers and vehicles. Maintain all types of commercial power generation equipment; military spec generators and Uninterrupted Power Systems (UPS). Operate a Load bank and dynometer during testing Fabricate wire harnesses and solder terminals. Some work will be in a generator shop environment, and some work will be in a field environment. <p>The Non-Destruction Inspection Technician (NDI) III inspects aerospace weapon systems components and support equipment for structural integrity using nondestructive inspection methods and performs fluid analysis.</p>
<p>Conduct the training and examination on all NDT methods to certify and to re-certify all operators and inspectors as outlined in NAS 410 or ASNT-CP-189.</p>
<p>Determine test method and prepare fluids and parts for nondestructive inspection.</p>
<p>Interpret nondestructive inspection test results and provide information about defects to repair center.</p>

Red Switch Technician I will be required to operate and maintain the DRSN facility in accordance with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Regulations and guidelines.
