(SLB-HSE-M013) across all contractor interfaces.</li><li>Conduct frequent, structured audits of all ML activities and equipment at rig sites and call-out service locations, documenting findings and tracking corrective actions closure.</li><li>Perform ML related assessments for the Annual Audit and Inspection Plan (AAIP) to verify ongoing compliance with SLB standards, client procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Report all lifting-related events in QUEST (SLB incident management system) in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy of classification, causal analysis, and corrective/preventive action assignment.</li><li>Lead or actively participate in investigations of any incident, near miss, or high-potential event related to mechanical lifting operations.</li><li>Coach, assess, and verify the competence of personnel involved in ML operations such as Lifting Supervisors, Crane Operators, Banksmen, and Riggers, against defined competency frameworks.</li><li>Maintain competency assessment records and ensure training validity periods are tracked and renewed.</li><li>Deliver or coordinate delivery of ML awareness and technical training as required by project needs.</li><li>Serve as primary interface with customer s Lifting Authority for ML plans, approvals, and regulatory compliance.</li></ul><p>DROPS Authority</p><ul><li>Project-level DROPS Program Assurance Lead for integrity, consistency, and effectiveness of the DROPS prevention program across all Mutriba Project locations.</li><li>Review, evaluate, and formally validate DROPS Inspection Reports submitted by rig sites and service locations, verifying accuracy on findings, classification, and effectiveness and closure of corrective actions.</li><li>Validate the correct implementation of DROPS, including DROPS Zone identification, zoning maps, barrier deployment, DROPS Picture Books, tethered tool program, and related.</li><li>Conduct structured DROPS Program audits across all active project phases and locations, assessing compliance with SLB-HSE-S023 (DROPS Standard) and the DROPS B.O.O.K. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>Overview ***This position is physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP*** This position is responsible for operating a Billeting Office, assisting the Billeting Supervisor and Billeting Manager with keeping an accurate count on all keys, filing system of all military personnel hand receipts, managing housing furnishings, have excellent communication with the housing representatives, ensure that the 400 block is kept clean and safe for all tenants. Responsibilities This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. + Process incoming and outgoing PCS, TCS, TDY, Contractors, deployed, and transit personnel on official government orders according to the Housing Office procedures. + Maintain accurate manning roster and update the billeting data base. + Provide daily information. + Maintain key control and billeting records. + Issue linen and billeting supplies to occupants. + Answer incoming phone calls. + Coordinate with all tenant unit representatives regarding room reservations and issues. + Inventory, issue, and receive linen on a daily basis from a local BPA contract. + Provide mission support on daily tasks. + Maintain an accurate work order log as well as submitting work orders to the help desk on a daily basis. + Monitor and check all vacant quarters on a daily basis. + Provide daily inspections of all shelter and billeting areas + Conduct monthly fire and safety inspections for all empty rooms. + Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections in all buildings. + Responsible for completing daily tasks + Performs some custodial services within housing + Escort technicians and laborers as needed to complete housing missions. + Performs police calls around area assigned + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications + Qualifications + Minimum Qualifications + Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. + College degreed preferred/High School diploma required. + Experience: + Incumbent must demonstrate a high degree of English comprehension, including speaking, understanding, reading, writing, and typing. + Must be capable to supervise personnel. + Must be detailed oriented and organized. Must have computer system administrative experience, should be have experience in procedural development as well. + Skills: + Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). + Interpersonal and communication skills are requirements of this position as there is constant interaction with army personnel as well as fellow co-workers. + Problem Solving abilities are required to ensure that in case of a supervisor being unavailable they can handle a situation on their own (e.g. run out of linen or space). Computer skills capable of using Microsoft Office software. + Working Environment: + This position works both indoors and outdoors and should expect to work in conditions of extreme heat and extreme dust (i.e. - dust storms, humidity, etc). Normal work week is 48 hours (6 days a week, 8 hours a day). Must be willing to work additional hours when mission requires. Must be on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This position requires flexibility in work hours (shift work) + Physical Requirement: + Medium work.
