<p>Job Description Commercial and Corporate Legal Affairs: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and documents related to the Company s business activities (services, suppliers, branding/marketing, leasing, vendors, confidentiality, IP, employment). Assist the senior legal manager in conducting legal research and drafting legal opinions regarding different legal matters.
