<p><h4>Functional roles and responsibilities</h4>
<p>To provide attentive assistance to the store, ensuring that all items are stored properly in the stock room in an easy to access manner, as well as receiving deliveries of stock to the relevant floor.</p>

<p>Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, evaluations, and treatment planning. Perform cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to: Rhinoplasty Breast augmentation, reduction, and reconstruction Liposuction and body contouring Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) Facelift and Neck Lift Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery) Otoplasty Fat grafting and lipofilling Scar revision and reconstructive procedures Perform minimally invasive aesthetic treatments where applicable, including injectables and non-surgical facial rejuvenation. Explain treatment options, risks, expected outcomes, and post-operative care to patients. Monitor patient recovery and provide follow-up care to ensure optimal surgical outcomes. Maintain accurate medical records and comply with all healthcare regulations and clinical protocols. Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, nurses, dermatologists, and other healthcare professionals. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in plastic and aesthetic surgery techniques and technologies. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain the highest standards of patient safety.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong> Key Requirements Medical Degree (MD or equivalent). Board Certification / Fellowship in Plastic Surgery. Valid medical license or eligibility for Kuwait Ministry of Health licensure. Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience as a Plastic Surgeon. Proven experience in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Experience in a private hospital or reputable aesthetic medical center is highly preferred. Excellent surgical, clinical, and patient consultation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.</p><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong> Expertise in advanced facial and body contouring procedures. Experience with minimally invasive aesthetic treatments and emerging cosmetic technologies. Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail. Excellent patient relationship management skills. Ability to build and grow a successful aesthetic practice.</p>
