We’re Hiring – Barista

Location: Kuwait

Voyage Cafe & Bar is looking for talented and passionate Baristas to join our growing team.

We welcome applications from candidates both inside and outside Kuwait.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista.
• Excellent knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, latte art, and coffee brewing techniques.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork.

● Excellent espresso extraction and calibration skills.

● Professional milk steaming and latte art.

● Good knowledge of coffee beans, roast profiles, and brewing methods.

● Experience using commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders.

● Ability to prepare both hot and cold coffee beverages with consistency.

● Strong customer service and communication skills.

● Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

● High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.

● Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.

● Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.

● Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
