<span>Long Description <br><br>Job Summary <br></span><p>Facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize the performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. Contact point of reference for colleagues and customers, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. Responsible in handling all incoming shipments for various External Customers by following on original documents, coordinating with shipping lines, transporters, clearance team and also the finance/Group control team by closing the job file at the earliest.</p><br>
<br><br>Job Responsibilities <br><p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to: <br>
•Update respective External clients with daily shipment status reports.<br>
•Co-ordinate with External Customers and suppliers to secure shipping documents well in advance prior vessels arrival and have the clearance documents ready when the vessel arrives and minimize any delays.<br>
•Co-ordinate with the External Customers and the warehouse to get the delivery schedule in time and further co-ordinate with the transport companies to deliver the shipments strictly as per the schedule and in the process reduce any demurrage payments.<br>
•Verify all ocean freight and forwarders charges within the stipulated time from the date of receipt of documents.<br>
•To keep the Internal tracking system updated at all times for providing shipment visibility to the External Customers.<br>
•To keep the systems updated at all times with all the available information and data.<br>
•To maintain the present filing system with the entire original and copy documents received along with payment advises and receipts.<br>
•Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested<br>
•Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information<br>
•Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material<br>
•Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports<br>
•Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness<br>
•Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems<br>
•Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements<br>
•Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events<br>

<p>The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Inspector monitors, evaluates and executes audits of assigned operations to ensure compliance with customer EHS policies, processes and procedures. Ensures the collection of EHS data and analyses of that data to identify trends and monitor the effectiveness of the EHS programs.
