Perform regular Quality checks of the mills, factories, warehouses, and storing containers and ensure they all comply with the company’s standards </p><p>
Perform quality assurance audits to ensure that the organization meets industry standards for best practices </p><p>
Map customer requirements, identify improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize satisfaction levels </p><p>
Keep senior management updated on significant developments that are identified during Quality Assurance activities</p><p>
Maintain and improve the company's food safety management systems in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies </p><p>
Implement and maintain the company's food safety procedures, such as HACCP, BRC, or similar programs </p><p>
Work closely with the QA team to ensure that food safety is integrated into the overall quality management system </p><p>
Monitor supplier performance and verify that they meet or exceed the company's expectations for food safety</p><p>
Investigate customer complaints, determine the root cause and take corrective action to prevent recurrence. </p><p>
Ensure timely and effective communication with customers regarding quality and food safety issues.</p><p>
Ensure adherence to all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures, instructions, and controls</p><p>
Ensure workspace is within the company’s GMP (good manufacturing practice) and 5S standards</p><p>
Follow hygiene and uniform requirement as per company policy and standards</p><p>
Report on any possible problem or hazard present in the working area</p><br><p>Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies, and standards. </p>
