<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><b>FUNCTION</b>:</p> <p> </p> <p>Maintains current and valid technical data, publications, catalogs, and other reference material in an organized, readily accessible condition.</p> <p>This includes: </p> <p> <b>(a)</b> Ensuring proper classification and filing of all metrology technical data, publications and calibration procedures.</p> <p> <b>(b)</b> Ensuring technical data is available and current. Requesting new data as existing data becomes obsolete. Developing procedures for conducting a periodic inventory of publications.</p> <p> <b>(c)</b> Ensuring continued follow up of requests for technical publications. Referring long delay items to KAF management for resolution.</p> <p>It is anticipated that Technical Librarian will be assigned as these job descriptions state and other related specific tasking details and priorities will be determined and set by the Commander, KAFMB and communicated to the Contractor lead.</p> <p> </p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>An Associate s degree and Vocational training. Must be a graduate of a civilian or U.S. military school related to this area of expertise and have two (2) years of relevant experience. OR; Four (4) years of work experience in a similar position and experience in operating computer database systems and handling electronically stored information/media.</p></div></section>
