<p>SENIOR COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR - Kuwait & Iraq Reporting To: Chief Business Officer & President ROLE PURPOSE The Senior Director - Kuwait & Iraq is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth across our client's two largest markets. <p><strong>Job Overview</strong> Weatherford is seeking a skilled and results-driven Field Specialist IV MPD to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for optimizing MPD and drilling processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will work closely with country and regional team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Additionally, this role plays a key part in conducting Operations safely and with minimal interruption to drilling. The job requires occasional package preparation in the Weatherford base where full compliance to Weatherford performance standards is required.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> Conducts maintenance of the Managed Pressure Drilling Services equipment at the job site and workshop when required. Responsible for managing all aspects of the field/offshore Directly responsible for the safe delivery of all MPD related services onsite. On call 24hrs while on site. Responsible for daily MPD reporting, hydraulic calculations, simulations and supervises shift personnel. At the discretion of product line management (such as the Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, or their designee) will be responsible for working in the shop. Perform all RCD operations and monitoring. Performs field operations of Managed Pressure Drilling Services equipment including operating the MPD Choke from the Operator s Panel Troubleshoot all electrical/electronic components and repair/maintain chokes and other mechanical equipment as necessary. Principal Accountabilities • Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract.) • Plans the Monthly Inspection and Evaluation Schedule and publishes the plan on a quarterly basis • Performs internal and external audits to ensure compliance with established and applicable environmental, health and safety rules and governmental regulations. • Conducts quality and safety inspections/audits of contract operations and subcontractors to ensure compliance with customer policies, procedures, standards and regulations. • Coordinates and conducts EHS incident/accident investigations and prepares reports, quality trend analysis reports, quality evaluation records, and other QA & QC records as required by the contract or Program Office. • Provide staff expertise for review of proposed environmental laws and regulations and assessment of impact to company operations. • Reviews in-process and final QA & QC inspections of all maintenance actions, which involve Environmental, Health & Safety. • Provide training to personnel in theatre on EHS topics or as directed by program QA Management. • Conducts injury and accident investigations and determines root causes and corrective actions. • Responds to customer complaints as required. • Review incoming technical publications and directives for applicability. • Verify that all personnel in theater are properly certified and/or trained to perform their assigned duties, in accordance with US and Host National Laws, Regulations and Standards and the Statement of Work. • Perform other qualified duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of quality control plans and quality management practices and processes to carry out performance requirements and ensure contractual requirements are met.</li><li>Working knowledge and experience implementing Environmental, Health and Safety programs.</li><li>Experience in conducting aviation mishap and injury investigations.</li><li>Knowledge in Root Cause analysis and implementing Corrective Actions.</li><li>Working knowledge of military quality practices.</li><li>Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.</li><li>Excellent communication, effective leadership and interpersonal skill</li><li>Sound knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System requirements.</li><li>Additional knowledge/skills may be required by contract or assignment.</li><li>Two years of experience in any combination in the following areas: Quality Assurance, Environmental, Health, Safety operations.</li><li>OSHA Safety Certificate in General Safety or Construction Safety.</li><li>40 Hour HAZWOPER Certificate is required and must be current.</li><li>Quality management experience in an aviation maintenance organization.</li><li>Aviation Safety Official or equivalent desirable.</li><li>Additional experience/education may be required by contract or assignment.</li><li>A valid US Passport with minimum 2.5 years validity is required for Deployment to Kuwait.</li><li>Must be able to obtain Kuwait PCC & Visa</li><li>Must be able to pass CENTCOM Medical requirements to attend CRC for Deployment.</li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt Security Clearance (NAC-I T1) Public Trust. Must be able to obtain facility credentials/authorization to work at this location.</li><li>US Citizenship is Required for a facility credentials/authorization at the work location.</li></ul>
<p>Responsible for reviewing, processing, and submitting OEM warranty claims while ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies and documentation requirements. Monitor claim approvals, rejections, and warranty records to maximize recovery and minimize discrepancies. Coordinate with Service, Parts, Inventory, and Technical teams to conduct audits, prepare reports, and drive continuous process improvements</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering with 3 5 years of experience in warranty administration and automotive aftersales operations.</p>
