Job description

Key Requirements:

• 10–20 years of experience in tyre management and operations
• Candidates from inside or outside Kuwait are welcome to apply
• Proven experience managing tyre centre operations, inventory, and daily activities
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and supervision
• Ability to manage stock levels, supplier coordination, and operational efficiency
• Strong knowledge of tyre products, services, and market trends
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall tyre centre operations and ensure smooth daily activities
• Lead and supervise the tyre centre team
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of required stock
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement activities
• Ensure excellent customer service and operational standards
• Analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans

Skills

Strong knowledge of tyres, automotive products, and tyre service operations

Experience managing tyre centre operations and workshop activities

Excellent team leadership and staff supervision skills

Strong inventory management and stock control knowledge

Supplier coordination and procurement experience

Ability to analyze sales, stock movement, and operational performance

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of tyre brands, specifications, applications, and market trends

Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
