<p> <span> <span>Position Summary:</span> </span> <br> <span>The School of<span> </span>Business<span> invites applications for a full-time faculty position in </span>Finance<span> at the rank of Full Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor, depending on qualifications and experience.</span> <span> </span>The successful candidate will<span> </span>demonstrate<span> excellence in teaching </span>Finance<span> and at least one </span>additional<span> tangential Business-rel</span>ated sub-discipline<span> (</span>e.g.<span> </span>Accounting, Business Analytics),<span> </span>maintain<span> an active research and/or creative practice profile</span>, and engage with contemporary<span> technologies and methodologies. The appointee will contribute to undergraduate education, curriculum development, student mentorship, and institutional service within a collaborative and multicultural academic environment.</span> </span> </p>

<p> <span> <span>Key Responsibilities</span> </span> </p>
<p> <span> <span>Teaching and Curriculum Development:</span> </span> </p>

<ul>
<li> <span>Deliver innovative undergraduate courses in Finance and at least one additional tangential Business-related sub-discipline (e.g. Accounting, Business Analytics).</span> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> <span>Integrate emerging technologies such as AI-assisted design tools, and interactive platforms into the curriculum.</span> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> <span>Develop and update course content to reflect industry standards and accreditation requirements.</span> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> <span>Supervise senior projects and guide students.</span> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> <span>Maintain rigorous assessment standards.</span> </li>
</ul>
<p> <span> <br> </span> </p>
<p> <span> <span>Research & Scholarship:</span> </span> </p>
<p> <br> </p>
<ul>
<li> <span>Maintain an active research agenda in Financeand/or</span> <span> additional tangential Business-related sub-discipline</span> <span>.</span> </li>

<li> <span>Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.</span> </li>
</ul>

<li> <span>Engage in interdisciplinary projects and pursue external funding where applicable.</span> </li>

<li> <span>Contribute to strengthening the School s academic and professional profile.</span> </li>

<li> <span> <span>Academic Credentials:</span> </span> <br> <span>PhD in Business Administration, Finance, Business Analytics or similar.</span> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> <span> <span>Teaching Experience:</span> </span> <br> <span>Minimum of five years of university-level teaching experience (for Associate & Full Professor ranks), with demonstrated teaching excellence.</span> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> <span> <span>Professional Expertise:</span> </span> <br> <span>Strong evidencing professional and/or research-based work in the area of the professional expertise.</span> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> <span> <span>Technical Skills:</span> </span> <br> <span>Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g. Bloomberg).</span> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> <span> <span>Research and Scholarship:</span> </span> <br> <span>Evidence of peer-reviewed publications, and/or recognized professional practice.</span> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> <span> <span>Communication Skills:</span> </span> <br> <span>Strong written and oral communication skills in English.</span> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> <span> <span>Cultural Competency:</span> </span> <br> <span>Experience working effectively in multicultural academic environments.</span> </li>
