<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>The Well Engineer is responsible for ensuring well engineering and operations support for one or more rigs or well sites. They are tasked with developing and delivering optimized technical well designs for areas of responsibility, including preparation of Well Proposals, Basis of Designs, Well Programs(i.e., Drilling, Completion, Workover), project budgets, and End of Well Reports. They perform Assistant Well Site Leader duties according to the Well Engineer Training Program development requirements. They also provide risk management project support and apply lessons learned to improve the well program and provide real-time support to the project operations as required.
