Atleast 4 Years</p><p>6 Years of Minimum Experience</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</p><p>* Requires hands on experience in Testing &amp; pre-commissioning works in elevated substation &amp; primary substation and associated equipment,</p><p>* Shall have Good communication skills, Problem solving capability, Coordination in team work, handling advanced test equipment, Good documentation practice and capacity to handle independently.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>* Shall have sound knowledge in testing of CTs, PTs, meters, Transducers, Power Transformers, Circuit breakers and all associated equipment of SWGRs and other auxiliary equipment of Substation like Battery &amp; Battery chargers etc.&nbsp;</p><p>* Capable of testing numerical protection relays like Directional &amp; Non-Directional OC, EF relays, TR &amp; Line Differential relays, UV &amp; UF relays, Voltage regulating relays and other auxiliary relays.&nbsp;</p><p>* Familiar in schemes and capable of performing commissioning tests like Primary injection tests, Stability tests and HV tests etc.</p>

Role Description A well-established contracting company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Civil Project Manager to manage and follow up on ongoing construction projects.<br>Requirements<br>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction and contracting. Strong experience in structural and reinforced concrete works. Proven experience in managing construction sites, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and manpower. Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and time management. Ability to monitor project milestones, identify delays, and prepare recovery and corrective action plans. Strong experience in coordinating site activities according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Good knowledge of quantity monitoring, material requirements, manpower productivity, and subcontractor performance. Strong experience in finishing works in addition to structural works. Ability to manage projects from structural stage through finishing and handover. Strong coordination skills with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments. Ability to prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
