Job description
The Indoor Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting the Projects Sales section by preparing quotations, following up with customers, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely processing of project inquiries and orders.
- The role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, consultants, and project clients while providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Minimum 5 years of Experienced in Switchgear, MCCB, MCB, DBs, and Lighting Systems.
- Experienced in electrical products will be enough.
- Handle customer inquiries Prepare technical & commercial quotations Provide technical support Review BOQs & drawings Coordinate with procurement & logistics.
- Following up all projects cycles process all internal departments: factory production, planning, warehouses , procurement, finance, sales team,,etc)Maintain sales reports & records
Skills
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years indoor sales experience (electrical products)Technical knowledge.
- Good communication & negotiation skillsMS Office + ERP proficiency
