<p><b>POSITION SUMMARY</b></p><p>The Asset Manager is accountable for the effective management, performance and value optimization of AEPCo’s operating and future renewable energy assets. This role provides central oversight of technical, operational, commercial, financial and contractual performance throughout the asset lifecycle, working closely with internal teams, contractors, off-takers, lenders, regulators and other key stakeholders.</p><p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p><b>Asset & Performance Management</b></p><p>• Manage the performance of AEPCo’s renewable energy assets, ensuring energy yield, availability, revenue and profitability meet or exceed approved targets.</p><p>• Establish and monitor asset and portfolio KPIs, identify underperformance and lead timely corrective and preventive actions.</p><p>• Oversee asset management plans, equipment reliability, warranties, degradation, major maintenance and lifecycle CAPEX requirements.</p><p>• Support <p>About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead marine construction projects involving dredging, GRP pipeline installation, and intake tower structures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring compliance with client requirements, international standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the full project lifecycle including tendering, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover
• Manage dredging operations including capital and maintenance dredging, reclamation, and material disposal
• Supervise installation of GRP pipelines including trenching, pipe laying, jointing, lamination, and backfilling in marine environments
• Lead construction of intake towers including piling, structural concrete, mechanical and electrical installations, and marine outfall structures
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts; ensure cost control
• Prepare, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Coordinate with design engineers, surveyors, marine superintendents, and subcontractors for seamless project execution
• Manage client relations and ensure client satisfaction; attend progress meetings and present updates
• Ensure all project activities comply with local and international codes, standards, and regulations (ISO, BS, ASTM, IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL)
• Manage subcontractors including dredging companies, pipeline installation specialists, and civil contractors

• Experience in FIDIC, NEC, or other standard contract forms and commercial management
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project for scheduling and project controls
• Valid safety certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA)
• Offshore survival certificates (BOSIET/HUET) if required
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
