In case of damages witnessed prior to packing, checker to inform the warehouseman for providing another pc without damages and warehouseman to oblige.<br> 6.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Once packing is completed, checker to approach the warehouse documentation team for preparation of the packing list roll cage wise and creation of sts along with gate pass.<br> 7.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Checker along with driver to ensure truck is sealed by security prior to dispatch.<br> 8.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;On reaching showroom, checker to ensure showroom security opens seal after confirming seal intact along with showroom storekeeper.<br> 9.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Checker to offload all cargoes from truck in presence of showroom security and storekeeper.<br> 10.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Checker to ensure each piece is scanned one at a time by showroom personnel and likewise ensure all items are checked, delivered and received by the storekeeper both physically and in system. Piece by piece all items to be transferred to another roll cage and checked which will avoid discrepancies.<br> 11.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Checker to obtain sign of the storekeeper responsible and likewise ensure discrepancy form too is acknowledged by both parties.<br> 12.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;In case of discrepancies, checker to once again check thoroughly all items and confirm the discrepancy. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Supply Chain Associate is responsible for material inventory management at the site level. Responsible for the overall management of the KC-130J supply warehouse, material requirements, and all logistics functions necessary for support of the assigned program. Assists the Supply Lead in the accomplishment of tasks assigned to the Supply Resource Center and serves as the point of contact on all logistics/supply/material related issues. Complies with all references pertaining to KAF logistics procedures, to include the KAF 4790 series manuals as they apply to this contract.</p><p>Assists the Supply Lead in the management of daily operations and execution of all tasks in support of the Supply Resource Center. Works as a member of the supply team, executing tasks and facilitating priorities as prescribed by the Supply Lead and Maintenance Control. Ensures timely and accurate completion of all supply related reports, contract deliverables, and relevant documents. Enforces and exercises continuous awareness of the supply effort in compliance with the KAF 4790, V2X, and local policies and instructions. Establish and maintain written procedures for the proper control of Government Furnished Property. Ensures accountability, shipment, and receipt of detachment pack ups and retrogrades. Use illustrated parts breakdowns (IPB)s to determine material requirements, research associated part numbers, and order parts to complete maintenance actions. Maintains liaison with adjacent contractors and agencies in the performance of duties to include the procurement of high priority components/consumables, coordinating, facilitating, and tracking all shipping requirements. Manages all aspects of the Repair of Repairable (ROR) process, to include the preparation, coordination, tracking, and accurate documentation of all ROR transactions. Submits changes to established procedures/business rules ensuring all functions are consistent with written procedures. Establish and maintain stocking levels of aircraft components and consumables to ensure materials are available to meet maintenance requirements and maintain established contractual Mission Capability (MC) rates. Uses established supply routes to pick up and drop off parts in the support of maintenance and the flight schedule. Conducts and documents monthly inventories, maintains and updates supply records and documentation, maintains inventory at lowest possible cost to the customer. Makes recommendations concerning the functions of the Supply process at all supply/logistics meetings. Complies with DOT Hazardous Material Transportation Procedures. Utilizes logistical/supply related automated information systems to research, order, track, open, and close out supply requisitions. Processes, receives and restocks parts, maintaining all shipping documentation and certificates of conformance upon receipt of all parts as shipments arrive. Requisitions replenishments to maintain adequate stock levels to ensure parts are available to maintain mission capable (MC) aircraft and ready for issue (RFI) support equipment. Extensive working knowledge of Government Property Control/Procurement procedures in accordance with KAF 4790 Works directly with the customer, interfacing with both U.S. and Kuwaiti government, in the conduct of daily business and on issues involving procedural deficiencies. Maintains accurate records of government property throughout the acquisition and disposition process.
