<p><strong>Main Duties and Tasks</strong></p><ul><li>Guest Service: Greet guests, hand out room keys, and make visitors feel welcome.</li><li>Check-In/Check-Out: Register guest data, settle bills, and take cash or card payments.</li><li>Reservations: Take room bookings by phone, email, or in person.</li><li>Communication: Answer phone calls, sort mail, and pass on messages.</li><li>Problem Solving: Listen to guest complaints and find fast, polite solutions.</li><li>Teamwork: Talk with the cleaning and maintenance staff to confirm which rooms are ready</li><li>Arabic Speaker is a must</li></ul>
