S. interests. 100% Overseas Assignment.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.</li><li>Prior military service of AFSC 3E072, Power Production Journeyman</li><li>Must be MAAS/BAK-12 Factory Trained &amp; Certified</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current, valid U. S. Passport and Driver s License (able to drive manual transmission).</li><li>Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance prior to deployment.</li><li>Must have the capability of obtaining an Air Force flight line driver s license.</li><li>Must be able to pass a flight line access test and obtain flight line access badge.</li><li>Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.</li><li>Candidates must successfully complete both online and hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defense training. Training includes the successful fit testing of DOD provided protective gear.</li><li>Must have four years of experience in operation and maintenance of BAK-12 aircraft arresting systems and completed factory training on Mobile Aircraft Arresting Systems (MAAS)/BAK-12.</li><li>Shall have knowledge of principles of electronics and electricity including generation, conversion, transformation, distribution and utilization.</li><li>Must have three years of experience operating and maintaining prime power spot generators and backup generators.</li><li>Must be capable of giving and receiving instructions.</li><li>Must be fluent reading and speaking English.</li><li>Able and willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirements.</li><li>Military experience in a contingency environment and knowledge and experience working with government contracts preferred.</li></ul><p></p></section>
