<p><h4>Job description</h4> <p>Employee will be part of the deployment pool and will be required to support deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations as required. This position will require the member to be flexible in the support of assigned deployment/work schedules.</p> <p>Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance. Maintains proficiency in operations of the USAF Maintenance Information System including Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS), Centralized Engine Management System (CEMS), and other maintenance management database library programs. Maintains equipment records in library files. Collects, reviews, and files documented information for planning and scheduling of various maintenance activities. Ensures accurate documentation is maintained for aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections.</p> <p>USAF equivalent position is Aircraft Scheduling & Documentation Apprentice.</p> <h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li>Assist in the preparations of the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance.</li> <li>Will oversee TCTO process for completion and proper documentation with IMDS and/or CEMS.</li> <li>Maintains assigned aircraft/equipment records in database library files within IMDS and/or CEMS.</li> <li>Assists in the collection, review, and filing of documented information for planning and scheduling of RPA maintenance activities.</li> <li>Ensure accurate documentation is maintained for aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections.</li> <li>Performs all other duties as assigned or requested.</li> </ul> <h4>Minimum requirements:</h4> <ul> <li>Must have high school diploma or have completed relevant military and/or vocational technical school curriculum.</li> <li>Minimum of one-year actual aircraft plans & scheduling experience required.</li> <li>Must possess basic planning and organizational skills.</li> <li>Must be able to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Must be able to gain/maintain CEMS access for engine management purposes.</li> <li>Employee must meet all OCONUS deployment criteria, to include pre-deployment medical screening, as a condition of employment.</li> <li>Must be able to deploy to forward locations (other countries) as directed by the government.</li> <li>Must be able to lift, carry and/or wear military issued equipment in excess of 50 pounds for extended periods.</li> <li>Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.</li> <li>Must have had an active secret US government clearance within the last 12 months. <p><h4>Principal accountabilities</h4> <p>Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract.</p> <ul> <li>Supervises the total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the design, budget and schedule.</li> <li>Ensures construction adheres to construction specifications.</li> <li>Reads, interprets, and deciphers all construction documents (schedules, specifications, blueprints, schematics, diagrams, etc.). note US citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.</li> <li>Minimum seven (7) years of construction field experience in all phases of civil and building construction or a two (2) year associate degree in construction management or related field and five (5) years of field experience.</li> <li>Experience with mechanical projects (HVAC, plumbing) and electrical projects.</li> <li>Experience in civil/structural projects and hold an American Concrete Institute (ACI) concrete testing certification.</li> <li>Construction inspector shall also be versed in the International Building Code (IBC), NFPA Fire Codes, British Standard (BS) Electrical Code, and the National Electric Code (NEC) in addition to general construction practices.</li> <li>Must be able to read, interpret, and decipher all construction documents (schedules, specifications, blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and related documents);
