Job Description<br><br>The Fishing Tool Supervisor will support fishing and well re-entry operations in the field. This role involves running a wide variety of fishing and re-entry equipment, while proactively advising clients during open-hole and cased-hole fishing operations, workovers, slot recoveries, and abandonment projects. This is a senior level job for experienced Field Specialists, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to support decision-making during ongoing operations in often dynamic and fast-changing environments. The Fishing Tool Supervisor plays a crucial role in executing field operations in accordance with operational plans and ensuring deliveries meet or exceed customer expectations. A good knowledge of fishing tools, the well environment and rig systems is essential for this role.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br> Operate and maintain Fishing and Re-entry equipment in the field. Provide onsite support to customer during ongoing field operations. Assist in testing and adjusting equipment to obtain optimum operating performance. Daily reporting of field operations for ongoing Fishing and Re-entry operations. Work hand in hand with the onshore operations team. Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency. Accurate and thorough completion of job reports in a timely basis. • Enforce HSE protocols including permits, toolbox talks, PPE compliance, and emergency procedures
• Monitor material deliveries including rock, aggregates, concrete, and steel; ensure proper handling and storage
• Maintain accurate daily records including work progress, manpower, equipment usage, and materials consumed
• Report delays, incidents, or technical issues to the Construction Manager or Project Engineer
• Liaise with survey teams for positioning, bathymetry, and as-built verification
• Ensure vessels and barges are properly moored, secured, and compliant with safety regulations

<p>Responsible for leading and overseeing the daily activities of the UHT Products Warehouse, ensuring proper storage of UHT products according to temperature, quality, safety, and shelf-life requirements. The role provides leadership and guidance to Supervisors and warehouse staff, ensures accurate inventory management and order fulfillment, coordinates with Sales Dispatch for timely shipments, and drives continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and operations</p><p><b>Key Duties & Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Lead and oversee daily operations in the UHT Products Warehouse.</li><li>Ensure UHT products are stored according to temperature and quality standards.</li><li>Supervise and guide Supervisors and warehouse staff in daily operations.</li><li>Oversee picking, packing, and dispatching of UHT products accurately and on time.</li><li>Review cycle counts and stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.</li><li>Coordinate with the Sales Dispatch Office to prioritize orders and ensure timely shipment.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and inventory accuracy.</li><li>Ensure compliance with KDD safety protocols and identify and mitigate workplace hazards.</li><li>Oversee warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance or support when required.</li><li>Ensure proper handling and storage of products in line with safety, quality, and shelf-life requirements.</li><li>Resolve operational challenges and improve warehouse workflows.</li><li>Deputize for the Manager Finished Goods Storage when required.</li><li>Lead HSE compliance, safety inspections, hazard reporting, and HSE audits.</li><li>Support manpower planning and identify staffing shortages or unutilized manpower.</li><li>Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance support to Supervisors and warehouse staff.</li><li>Provide input on performance appraisals, promotions, increments, and training needs.</li><li>Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth warehouse operations.</li><li>Monitor attendance and leave and ensure adequate replacements.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular and customized operational reports to the Direct Manager.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Minimum 9 years of experience in Warehouse Operations within Dairy Manufacturing, FMCG, or a related field . Previous experience in a supervisory role is required. Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field . Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred . Good command of English or Arabic , both verbal and written.</p>
