<p><b>1. Job Summary</b></p><p>Our organi is implementing SAP Business One (SAP B1) as the group's platform of record across eight legal entities in Kuwait and the UAE, hosted on Microsoft Azure and integrated with the operational systems the business already runs on. The Senior ERP & Systems Administrator is the group's internal owner of that platform — before, during and after go-live.</p><p>The role combines three things: day-to-day administration of SAP B1 and its integrations; ownership of our organization’s side of the implementation programme (data readiness, user acceptance testing, authorisations, cutover and end-user training); and administration of the group's Microsoft and network infrastructure. Because the implementation partner's scope ends at go-live plus a short hypercare period, this role is what allows the company to run, change and extend the system without depending on billable vendor days.</p><p><br></p><p><b>2. Systems Landscape</b></p><p>The environment this role is accountable for:</p><p>• <b>ERP: </b>SAP Business One across 8 legal entities — 4 in Kuwait & 4 in UAE, multi-currency, with separate chart-of-accounts structures.</p><p>• <b>Add-ons: </b>Seidor Intercompany (master data replication, marketing document exchange, intercompany transactions) and the SAP B1 Usability Package (B1UP) for forms, validations, user-defined fields and screen customisation.</p><p>• <b>Integrations: </b>Zenoti (salon & spa POS/booking), Shopify (e-commerce), Sapaad (F&B POS) and Kayan HRMS (employee master and payroll) — connected through an integration middleware layer using real-time webhooks and scheduled end-of-day batch jobs.</p><p>• <b>Hosting: </b>Microsoft Azure cloud hosting for SAP B1, the add-ons and the integration application server, provided under a managed hosting agreement.</p><p>• <b>Infrastructure: </b>Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint), Active Directory / Entra ID, branch and head-office networks, endpoints, connectivity and backup.</p><p>• <b>Licensing: </b>30 named licences at go-live (4 Professional, 26 Limited), with growth expected as brands and branches are added.</p><p><br></p><p><b>3. Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>3.1 SAP Business One Administration & Governance</b></p><p>• Administer, configure and maintain SAP Business One across all eight legal entities: users, licence-type allocation, authorisation profiles, approval procedures, document numbering, posting periods and system settings.</p><p>• Own master data governance across brands and entities — business partners, items, price lists, chart of accounts, cost centres and profit centres (up to five cost dimensions) — including naming standards, duplicate prevention and periodic data-quality reviews.</p><p>• Administer the Seidor Intercompany add-on: replication rules, intercompany document flow, and reconciliation of intercompany balances with Finance.</p><p>• Build and maintain B1UP configurations — user-defined fields and tables, validations, formatted searches, alerts and screen layouts — to meet business change without raising a chargeable change request to the implementation partner.</p><p>• Manage the SAP B1 upgrade and patch cycle in coordination with the hosting provider: assess release notes, test in a non-production company, plan downtime and validate integrations after every upgrade.</p><p>• Maintain non-production (test/training) company databases and control the promotion of configuration changes into production.</p><p><br></p><p><b>3.2 Integration Operations</b></p><p>• Operate and monitor the integration layer between SAP B1 and Zenoti, Shopify, Sapaad and Kayan HRMS — both real-time webhook flows (sales, payments, refunds, customer creation, stock consumption) and scheduled batch flows (item and price-list pushes, stock synchronisation, end-of-day financial summaries, payroll and EOSB journals).</p><p>• Run a daily interface health check: confirm every scheduled job completed, investigate failed or stuck transactions, reprocess them, and escalate systemic failures to the relevant vendor.</p><p>• Reconcile interface output against source systems — POS day-close totals to AR invoices and incoming payments, stock consumption to goods issues, payroll journals to Kayan — and resolve differences with Finance and Operations before period close.</p><p>• Maintain interface documentation, mapping tables and error-handling runbooks so that recovery does not depend on a single person.</p><p>• Assess, specify and coordinate new or changed integration flows, including onboarding of additional brands, branches or channels onto existing interfaces.</p><p><br></p><p><b>3.3 Implementation & Migration Ownership </b></p><p>• Act as the primary internal technical counterpart to the SAP B1 implementation partner across all project phases — blueprint, realisation, training and UAT, final preparation, go-live and hypercare — and control the change-request pipeline so that scope changes are evaluated for cost and necessity before they are raised.</p><p>• Own KANA's data migration responsibilities: extraction from legacy systems, cleansing and de-duplication, population of the partner's load templates, validation of loaded data, and sign-off on data integrity for chart of accounts, business partners, items, employee master and bills of materials.</p><p>• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing and final integration testing — building test scenarios with key users, tracking defects to closure, and preparing system acceptance evidence.</p><p>• Define and configure user roles and authorisations to segregation-of-duties standards, in coordination with Finance and Internal Audit.</p><p>• Prepare and execute the cutover plan: opening balances, sequencing, freeze windows, fallback position and go-live readiness checks.</p><p>• Lead post-go-live stabilisation once vendor hypercare ends, absorbing day-to-day issue resolution internally.</p><p><br></p><p><b>3.4 Reporting, Analytics & User Enablement</b></p><p>• Design, build and maintain reports, queries and document layouts — SAP B1 queries, Crystal Reports and marketing document/print templates — as the business's requirements evolve after go-live.</p><p>• Develop and maintain the group's business intelligence and management reporting from SAP B1 data, working with Finance and brand management on the metrics that matter.</p><p>• Own end-user training and documentation after go-live: training material, refreshers, onboarding of new users and branches, and a maintained library of standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.</p><p>• Act as the internal centre of expertise for key users across Finance, Retail, Wellness and F&B, translating business requirements into system solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><b>3.5 Infrastructure, Identity & Network</b></p><p>• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint), Active Directory and Entra ID, including identity lifecycle, group and licence management, conditional access and MFA.</p><p>• Manage the Azure-hosted SAP B1 environment jointly with the hosting provider: environment sizing and cost, access control, connectivity, monitoring, backup verification and documented disaster-recovery and restore testing.</p><p>• Manage network infrastructure across head office and branches — LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, internet links and site connectivity — with particular attention to the branch links on which POS and ERP integration depend.</p><p>• Manage endpoints, servers, backups and the group's IT asset inventory.</p><p>• Provide tier 2/3 support and escalation handling for issues raised from branches and head office, with defined response expectations and a maintained knowledge base.</p><p><br></p><p><b>3.6 Security, Vendor & Commercial Management</b></p><p>• Define and enforce IT security policies, access controls and periodic user-access reviews across all business units; support internal and external audit requirements.</p><p>• Manage vendors for ERP, hosting, integration and infrastructure — contracts, SLAs, escalation paths, renewal dates and performance reviews.</p><p>• Manage software licensing and subscription renewals (SAP B1 named users and licence types, add-ons, intercompany, hosting, Microsoft 365), optimising allocation as headcount and usage change.</p><p>• Provide input to IT budgeting and planning for infrastructure, ERP and system upgrades in coordination with the IT Manager, including the cost impact of change requests and additional vendor days.</p><p>• Document system configurations and procedures, and mentor junior IT staff toward second-line coverage of core systems.</p> </div><h2 <div data-jb-field="skills"><p><b>Required Qualifications & Experience:</b></p><p>• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.</p><p>• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive IT systems administration experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.</p><p>• Hands-on SAP Business One administration experience is strongly preferred. <p>Under the supervision of the Fire Officer, the Firefighter responds to multiple-types of emergencies operating as a firefighter. Maintains vehicles, equipment, tools, and protective clothing in a serviceable condition. Extinguish fires and takes precautions to prevent fire rekindling. Operates pumps, foam generators, turrets, nozzles, and other firefighting tools and equipment. Exercises caution to avoid personal injury and property damage and comply with strict health and safety standards. At the site of a fire protects and preserves evidence indicating the cause of the fire. Properly wears personal protective clothing. <p>The Assistant Driller works under the Driller supervision to direct, support and take part in various activities to fulfil the drilling/work-over program. Their responsibilities include maintaining and preparing rig floor equipment and tools for use, overseeing drilling crew activities, assisting in handling drill pipe, or casing, monitoring & reporting changes in drilling mud characteristics and ensuring proper housekeeping, in a timely manner considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency.</p><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>General Duties:</strong> Support the Driller in all aspects of the drilling operation and rig floor activities, supervise and train junior crew members (Derrick Men Floor Men Roustabouts). Assists in the operation and preparation of drilling equipment and machinery. Helps with the rig preparation, equipment assembly and perform routine inspections, Cleans and lubricates equipment, identifies equipment that may require repair or replacement and reports for necessary actions to be taken.</p><p><strong>Rig Operations:</strong> Arranges the proper drill string & cross-over subs sizes & equipment for continuous drilling / work-over operations. Arranges bottom hole assemblies and coordinates with Derrick-man drill string and drill collar changes during the "pulling out" and the "running in" of a drill string. Directs drifting and measuring of pipes to ensure similarity and correct dimensions and informs the Driller of any variances & maintain records for drilling & servicing operations. Assists in preparing all tools and equipment required for well operations Including. Drifting tubulars and maintaining accurate records of all tubular runs in the hole including pipe tally records. Recording BHA/completion components and trip sheets. Assists and relieves the Driller as necessary in supervising all drilling / workover operations conducted on the unit, ensuring that such work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with ADES approved operating procedures which includes all necessary JSA and PTW. Assists in Nipping up/down BOP as required. Assists with drill pipe and casing operation & monitors any change in drilling parameters to facilitate the drilling/workover process. Ensures safe handling of pipe, tongs, slips, breaking and correct make-up of connections. Slip and cut and restringing of the drilling line. Takes necessary actions to correct hazardous conditions & practices.</p><p><strong>Mud Circulating System:</strong> Monitors and maintains the drilling fluid circulation system, fluid lines, shale shakers and trip tanks & ensures proper handling of the drilling fluid products. Advises the Driller of any significant changes in drilling mud characteristics or mud levels and loss of circulation immediately. Observes the mud flow and check materials needed for "pre-kick" conditions and informs the Driller of potential problems that could occur during the operation. Advises the usage of mud chemicals, drilling fluids, and cement slurries for Driller's calculation and input for the morning drilling report so that appropriate corrective actions can be taken whenever necessary.</p><p><strong>Well Control:</strong> Operates and maintains well control equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order and ready for immediate use. Monitor for any down hole irregularities such as kicks, pressure fluctuations, and abnormal torque. Take immediate action to secure the well in the event of a well control incident and promptly inform the Senior/Night Tool pusher and client representative. Receives comprehensive training in well control procedures and techniques to enhance knowledge and ability. Communicates effectively with the drilling crew and well control team, exchanging information and coordinating actions during well control operations. Ensures strict compliance with safety standards and protocols to prioritize the safety of personnel and the integrity of the well during well control operations.</p><p><strong>Materials & Equipment:</strong> Follows up all assembly of equipment instrumentation tools or records set up in good conditions to create correct working practices & inspect machinery & tools for any defects & make necessary repairs or replacements. Assists with maintenance, repair, or replacement tasks following the company's planned PMS. Receives and follows up Driller's instructions for the repair and maintenance of various drilling equipment such as mud mixer, shale shaker, distiller, and de-sander etc. Assists Derrick Man in maintaining mud system equipment. Arranges to adjust shale shaker screens and supervises the handling, maintenance, and storage of all drill string components. Directs the greasing, cleaning, painting and routine maintenance of all drilling equipment to ensure its reliability. Directs and participates in replacing the draw work brake bands, adjusting clutches. Supervision of the washing and painting of rig floor, substructures, stairways, and machinery to remove grease or oil spills to ensure a proper clean working space. Report to the supervisor the machinery and equipment requiring repair or replacement to avoid any equipment malfunction.</p><p><strong>Working at Heights:</strong> Adheres to and supervises the safety protocols so all consistently wear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) when working at elevated heights. Conducts thorough risk assessments and hazard evaluations prior to engaging in tasks performed at elevated locations. Regularly inspects and verifies the proper functioning of equipment related to working at heights. Possesses knowledge about fall protection systems and demonstrates proficiency in their proper usage. Effectively communicates any identified hazards or safety concerns to the team, promoting an initiative-taking safety culture. At least (5) years of working experience in land drilling and workover operations with reputable drilling contractors with a career history showing time served as a Roustabout, Floorman and Derrickman. At least (2) years of working experience as Derrickman. Must have working experience on Onshore rigs.</p><p><strong>Skills/Competencies Required:</strong> Working knowledge of the English language. EPP III, Generator (3 - 150KW) and HVAC Technician Kuwait, Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and services on all types of military and commercial generators and HVAC systems used by the U.S. Army to include the 150kW EPP III generators. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Generator and HVAC Mechanic, the work you ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Worldwide Field Support contract for the U.S. Army. You ll play a crucial role in providing on-site technical and maintenance assistance, analyzing complex technical problems, and providing training to site operations and maintenance personnel. Perform maintenance and sustainment support on 3kW to 150kW, 500 0hz generators involving installation and removal of generators from fixed and mobile locations, troubleshoots and repair alternating current (AC) systems, direct current (DC) systems, electronic control systems and other program logic controls, electrical wiring and accessories. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, Chillers, and Environmental Control Units some are standalone units and others are mounted on trailers and vehicles. <p>The MIR will assist with testing, checkout, maintenance and repair of all Patriot major end items. The MIR will provide the expertise necessary to assist with single repairs, and those repairs that involve multiple end items. The MIR will act as the primary point of contact for the contractor when information is required for repair actions, procedures, solutions, and provide support to KAF contact teams. Additionally, the MIR will assist with preparations, integration and demonstration of pre, and post C-3 modified systems.
