The role involves advisory and delivery support across fraud risk management, working within a regulated financial services environment in alignment with central bank regulatory frameworks.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assist in developing and implementing fraud risk policies and procedures aligned with relevant Central Bank guidelines and Counter Fraud Framework (CFF) requirements, including regional regulators (e.g., CBUAE, SAMA)</li><li>Design and enhance procedures for fraud risk assessment, fraud detection standards, fraud response plans, fraud prevention standards, and alert & case management</li><li>Conduct fraud risk assessments across retail and corporate products, loan products, digital channels (online and mobile banking), payment solutions, branch operations, ATM management, card services, and treasury/investment services</li><li>Identify inherent and residual fraud risks, including emerging threats such as digital fraud and identity-related risk</li><li>Define and update Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with thresholds and reporting mechanisms</li><li>Develop and enhance a comprehensive Fraud Risk Universe/library</li><li>Support the design of fraud incident response and investigation procedures</li><li>Define KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of fraud risk management activities</li><li>Prepare management-level reports and presentation materials for Risk Committee and governance forums</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>3 5 years of experience in Fraud Risk Management within Banking or the regulated financial sector, preferably with local and regional exposure</p><p>Requirement Open for all nationals</p><p>Proven experience working with applicable Central Bank regulatory frameworks and counter-fraud regulations</p><p>Strong background in risk assessment, control design, and performance measurement</p><p>Relevant professional certifications preferred (not mandatory): CA / ACCA / CPA / CIA / CFE</p>
