<p>Employee will be part of the Deployment Pool and will be required to support deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations, as required. This position will require the member to be flexible in the support of assigned deployment/work schedules. Member will perform and inspect organizational and intermediate level maintenance and modifications on RPA systems and support equipment, as required. Lastly, this position requires an individual that can apply basic technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting Air Force technical orders, manufacturers manuals/instructions or similar documents through the usage of test equipment/instruments to affect repairs. Member will inspect, service, repair, and overhaul aircraft, aircraft engines, and other critical components to ensure airworthiness. <p><b>Title:</b></p><br><br>Project Engineer I - Buildings Projects<br><br><br><br><br><p><b>Job Title </b></p><br><br><br><p><b><i>Project Engineer I- Buildings Projects</i></b></p><br><br><br><p><b>Division /Project </b></p><br><br><br><p>KBR's Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is seeking a <b>Project Engineer I – Building & Office Tower Projects</b> to support the planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of office towers, administration buildings, control centers, and associated facility infrastructure under PMC contracts.</p><br><br><br><p><b>Primary Objectives</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Management of support services for supervising and directing engineering, procurement and management of construction contractors appointed by the Client.</li><li>Ensure the successful delivery of projects through all phases, including concept design, FEED, detailed engineering, tendering, construction, commissioning, and handover.</li><li>Act as primary technical coordination interface with client to ensure that the client’s expectations are satisfied.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the project conforms to the client’s approved Basis of Design and local authority requirements, building regulations, sustainability objectives, and applicable international codes and standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, fire protection, security, ICT, vertical transportation, and interior fit-out disciplines to achieve an integrated design solution</li></ul><br><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Support project mobilization, setup, takeover, and handover activities</li><li>Set-up, take over / hand over of projects</li><li>Establish clear objectives and deliverables for design consultants and engineering teams</li><li>Management of PMC’s engineering teams during FEED, Prepare and review scopes of work, technical specifications, employer requirements, and tender documentation</li><li>Compilation of the of scope of work documents, technical part of Invitation to Bid documents and the documentation of Project Milestone Reviews</li><li>Coordination of reviews and comments on engineering and other technical deliverables of 3rd party companies like P&IDs, line lists, equipment datasheets, instrumentation index, cable routing, etc. within the agreed review time.</li><li>Ensures compliance with all applicable project standards and specifications</li><li>Ensures proper compilation and updating of as-built documents, redlines, MTOs, loop folders and commissioning binders and handover documentation.</li><li>Ensures the delivery of the as built (End of Job) documentation to the client in time and good quality</li><li>Contribution to the development of overall project schedule.</li><li>Ensures work progress as per approved schedule in close cooperation with Project Controls Team</li><li>Set up and regularly maintaining a project dashboard in close cooperation with Project Controls Team</li><li>Monitors with support of the Project Controls Team cost aspects of the project within direct control to forecast final costs, trends and takes action to avoid cost overruns.</li><li>Evaluation of Earned Value / value of work for project completion with support of the Project Controls Team</li><li>Builds and maintains a healthy relationship with clients and acts as project focal point for the client</li><li>Proactively resolves scope and schedule issues with the 3rd party contractor as they arise.</li><li>Knows the contract between the FEED- or EPC-Contractor and between the Client and 3rd party contracts.</li><li>Knowing the PMC Contract between KBR and the Client</li><li>Ensures Change Order recording and participation from project team in technical parts of change order assessment</li><li>Regularly provides input to project reports to internal Project Management and the Clients</li><li>Assessment and feedback of third-party contractor’s project reports</li><li>Defines and communicates team’s priorities such as achievement of milestones and other key project objectives.</li><li>Listens to the team, discusses the issues, resolves problems and directs activities to remove roadblocks and achieve objectives.</li><li>Effective communication with the design and engineering teams (inside PMC and third parties) and other project stakeholders like operations, maintenance etc.</li><li>Regularly chairs and records project team meetings within the PMC organisation and with the client and with the 3rd party contractors or consultants.</li><li>Responsibility for preparation and status tracking of all projects related correspondence and transmittals / project documents.</li><li>Perform together with relevant discipline engineers technical bid evaluations (TBE) and award recommendations</li><li>Participates or delegates participation of discipline engineers in Factory and Site Acceptance Tests</li></ul><br><p><b>Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills</b></p><br><br><ul><li><span>B. Sc.
