<p>The MIR will assist with testing, checkout, maintenance and repair of all Patriot major end items. The MIR will provide the expertise necessary to assist with single repairs, and those repairs that involve multiple end items. The MIR will act as the primary point of contact for the contractor when information is required for repair actions, procedures, solutions, and provide support to KAF contact teams. Additionally, the MIR will assist with preparations, integration and demonstration of pre, and post C-3 modified systems. The MIR will provide in-depth system knowledge and field experience related to the theory of operation and troubleshooting skills required to resolve complex Patriot missile system Major End Items (MEI) electronic and mechanical problems. The MIR will provide day-to-day execution on the Kuwait Patriot TA program as well as demonstrate the ability to perform depot level diagnostic, fault isolation, cleanup and repair capability for Patriot Weapon System MEIs. The MIR must affect all electronic repairs on location with detailed system knowledge, the ability to use all the hardware and software tools currently available to Organizational and Intermediate Maintenance. This position is located in Kuwait.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Successful completion of a Patriot System Intermediate Maintenance Course for MOS 27X/94S/140L or an equivalent course of instruction on a similar electronic system conducted by the military or the system contractor</li><li>Demonstrated 4 years of field maintenance experience troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair, and functional verifications of the Patriot Air Defense system or similar electronic systems using maintenance diagnostics, unit self-tests, BITE, tools and available test equipment</li><li>Demonstrated experience with Department of the Army Modification Work Order (DAMWO) installations, to include system integration and checkout</li><li>Secret Security Clearance required</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Experience creating tailored reports in Microsoft Excel from external and often compiled data sources.</li><li>Advanced experience using inventory, maintenance, and baseline configuration control database software systems.</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings.</li><li>Experience with spares analysis and procurement.</li><li>Familiarity with Turn Around Time (TAT) analysis.</li><li>Above qualifications plus five (5) years Patriot Depot Forward maintenance experience</li><li>Demonstrated experience with Raytheon Quality Control procedures</li><li>Demonstrated experience of the Patriot refurbishment, modification, and Enhanced Deep Maintenance</li><li>Experience using program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management or similar business processes</li><li>Demonstrated experience with Contractor Logistics Support</li><li>Demonstrated comprehensive planning skills</li><li>Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with special focus on achieving active participation of appropriate individuals across the business</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office and Project</li><li>Demonstrated experience with training of team members</li><li>Previous experience in International Patriot FMS Programs</li><li>Experience living and working in an overseas location</li><li>Raytheon Six Sigma Certified</li><li>Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience, or Associates Degree with 8 years experience or HS Diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience.</li></ul>
<p><h4>Position summary</h4>
<p>Inspect, repair, and maintain laundry, HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment. Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant. Monitor and control property temperature. Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment. Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring. Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, etc. Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.</p>
<p>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and anticipate and address guests’ service needs. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
