<p>The Environmental, Health &amp; Safety (EHS) Inspector monitors, evaluates and executes audits of assigned operations to ensure compliance with customer EHS policies, processes and procedures. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span><span>•</span></span><span><span>Support the Director of Sales in developing and implementing the hotel's strategic sales plan across all segments: corporate, MICE, leisure, and groups.</span></span><br><span><span>•</span></span><span><span>Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts, while nurturing long-term relationships with VIP clients, event organizers, and travel partners.</span></span><br><span><span>•</span></span><span><span>Personally entertain and host high-profile clients and guests to demonstrate the hotel’s offerings and standards of excellence.</span></span><br><span><span>•</span></span><span><span>Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Revenue, and Front Office teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with branding and guest experience goals.</span></span><br><span><span>•</span></span><span><span>Conduct site inspections, FAM trips, client events, and on-property sales meetings with professionalism and attention to detail.</span></span><br><span><span>•</span></span><span><span>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust tactics and stay ahead of the competition.</span></span><br><span><span>•</span></span><span><span>Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of sales managers and coordinators, supporting a culture of performance and luxury service delivery.</span></span><br><span><span>•</span></span><span><span>Represent the hotel at local and international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.</span></span><br><span><span>•</span></span><span><span>Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and performance metrics as required by the Director of Sales and Executive Committee.</span></span><br><span><span>•</span></span><span><span>Ensure that all client interactions—whether in person, via email, or over the phone—reflect the standards of elegance and excellence that define the Hotel.</span></span><br><span><span>•</span></span><br><br> </div>
