<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p>The TCP Specialist – Wireline is responsible for planning, preparing, and executing Tubing Conveyed Perforating (TCP) operations safely and efficiently in support of customer well completion and intervention activities. This role provides advanced technical expertise in TCP systems, explosive handling, pressure control equipment, and perforating technologies while ensuring compliance with Weatherford operational procedures, HSE standards, and customer requirements.</p><p>Working closely with customers, drilling and completion teams, field operations, and engineering personnel, the TCP Specialist serves as the technical lead for TCP operations, ensuring equipment readiness, operational excellence, service quality, and successful project execution across onshore and offshore environments.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Plan, coordinate, and execute Tubing Conveyed Perforating (TCP) operations in accordance with approved engineering programs, customer requirements, and Weatherford procedures. </p></li><li><p>Prepare, inspect, assemble, test, and maintain TCP equipment, perforating guns, firing heads, setting tools, and associated downhole equipment. </p></li><li><p>Ensure all explosive materials are handled, transported, stored, and utilized in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. </p></li><li><p>Conduct pre-job planning, risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and operational briefings before each job. </p></li><li><p>Verify equipment readiness, certification, maintenance status, and documentation prior to mobilization. </p></li><li><p>Supervise rig-up, pressure testing, execution, troubleshooting, and rig-down of TCP equipment at customer well sites. </p></li><li><p>Monitor
