<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span>Long Description <br><br>Job Summary <br> The Sr. Recruitment Officer plays a key role in driving manpower planning and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality talent. The role focuses on optimizing sourcing channels, partnering with stakeholders, and supporting business hiring needs.<br> <br> <br><br><br>Job Responsibilities <br> </span><ul> <li>Manpower planning and the development of recruitment strategies</li> <li>Manage high-volume hiring across the Recruitment Management System and external job boards</li> <li>Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted recruitment advisorLiaise with and manage external recruitment agencies for mass hiring requirements</li> <li>Coordinate interview schedules for both local and overseas candidates</li> <li>Oversee end-to-end interview logistics, including scheduling and on-the-day coordination</li> <li>Prepare and issue offer lettersManage candidate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to Kuwait and the organization</li> <li>Plan and execute overseas recruitment campaigns and hiring trips</li> <li>Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide timely reports</li> </ul> <br><br><br>Candidate Requirements <br><p><strong>Education</strong></p><br> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in any discipline</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p><br> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition</li> <li>Experience in Kuwaitization programs is considered an added advantage.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills</strong></p><br> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and presentation skills</li> <li>Demonstrated supervisory, coaching, and project management capabilities</li> <li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail with an efficient working style</li> <li>Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization</li> <li>Proficient in modern sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and social media platforms</li> </ul><br><br>Education <br>Bachelor’s Degree<br><br><br><br> </div>
