<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>Production Manager – Food Manufacturing</p><p>An experienced and results-oriented Production Manager is sought to lead and oversee complete production operations in the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on production experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure production targets, quality, efficiency, and food safety standards are consistently achieved.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Lead, plan, and control daily production operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and timely delivery.</p><p>• Manage, motivate, and develop the production team, including Operators, Production Assistants, and Technicians.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, Food Safety, SOPs, and company quality standards.</p><p>• Coordinate with Quality, R&amp;D, Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.</p><p>• Monitor production performance, KPIs, productivity, waste, downtime, and resource utilization, and implement continuous improvement actions.</p><p>• Ensure availability of raw materials, recipes, manpower, equipment, and other resources required for production.</p><p>• Identify and resolve production and operational problems effectively, including coordination of machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and production-line issues.</p><p>• Monitor finished products and production records to ensure accurate quantities, quality compliance, and proper transfer to the warehouse.</p><p>• Support new product development, production trials, process improvements, and production scale-up in coordination with R&amp;D and Quality.</p><p>• Control production costs and waste while improving efficiency and utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.</p><p>• Conduct team meetings, assign responsibilities, provide coaching and training, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment.</p><p>Preferred Qualifications &amp; Experience</p><p>1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.</p><p>2. Minimum 5 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in a Production Manager or similar production management role.</p><p>3. Minimum 3 years of experience in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food &amp; Beverage industry.</p><p>4. Strong practical knowledge of production operations, food safety, GMP, ISO, SOPs, and quality standards.</p><p>5. Proven experience in team leadership, production planning, KPI management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.</p><p>6. Practical understanding of production machinery, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, waste reduction, and cost control.</p><p>7. Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.</p><p>8. Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP/software applications.</p><p>9. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p><b>Role Purpose</b></p><p><br></p><p>The Business Applications Engineer will build, deploy, and support KDF's business applications on the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365. The role covers the full application lifecycle — requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support, and controlled enhancement — turning operational and field requirements into practical, secure, and maintainable digital solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>The position works directly with business departments across Operations, HSE, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to understand their processes and deliver working applications, automations, and reports. KDF operates Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the role provides day-to-day technical support to that environment alongside Power Platform delivery. The postholder builds within the platform standards, environment structure, and governance policies set by the Technology &amp; Digitalization Transformation function, and is accountable for the quality, documentation, and ongoing supportability of the solutions they deliver.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Roles and Responsibilities</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Work with business departments to gather, analyze, and document requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Design and build applications using Microsoft Power Apps, covering both canvas and model-driven approaches.</li><li>Build mobile-capable applications supporting field operations, including inspections, asset registration, checklists, and equipment tracking, with offline-tolerant use cases where required.</li><li>Design and maintain Dataverse solutions, including tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and solution-aware development.</li><li>Develop and maintain automated business processes using Power Automate, including approvals, exception handling, and monitoring of live flows.</li><li>Build and support SharePoint Online solutions, including lists and libraries, content types, metadata, permissions, and integrated forms.</li><li>Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to support business reporting requirements.</li><li>Provide day-to-day technical support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, including configuration of forms, views, fields, business process flows, and role-based access against approved requirements.</li><li>Deliver integrations between Power Platform solutions and internal or third-party business systems using REST APIs and JSON.</li><li>Perform testing and support business users through user acceptance testing prior to release.</li><li>Deploy solutions across Development, Test/UAT, and Production environments using managed solutions and the established release procedure.</li><li>Provide ongoing support for applications after go-live, including incident resolution, defect fixes, access changes, performance issues, enhancements, and releases.</li><li>Maintain the enhancement backlog and agree priorities with business stakeholders.</li><li>Work within the organization's Data Loss Prevention policies, environment separation, role-based access control, and secure credential-handling standards, with no secrets embedded in solutions.</li><li>Follow change-control discipline for every release, including peer review, approval, testing evidence, rollback plans, and updated documentation.</li><li>Ensure applications and flows are owned by the business and the function rather than by an individual employee account.</li><li>Produce and maintain technical documentation, including data models, process flows, deployment steps, support runbooks, and user guides.</li><li>Deliver user training and handover material to business users and support staff.</li><li>Identify recurring inefficiencies in business processes and propose practical automation opportunities.</li><li>Escalate architecture decisions, security policy exceptions, and platform-level changes to the Digital Solutions Manager for approval.</li></ul> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p><b>Desired Skills and Qualifications</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.</li><li>2–5 years of hands-on experience building business applications on the Microsoft Power Platform or a comparable enterprise low-code platform.</li><li>Demonstrable delivery of production applications taken from requirements through to live use and ongoing support.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including canvas applications and exposure to model-driven applications.</li><li>Practical experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.</li><li>Working experience with Power Automate, including approvals, exception handling, and troubleshooting live flows.</li><li>Experience with SharePoint Online, including lists and libraries, permissions, and integrated forms.</li><li>Power BI report development, including data preparation and basic DAX.</li><li>Experience delivering at least one integration using REST APIs, JSON, or a third-party business system.</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL and relational data modelling.</li><li>Experience supporting applications after go-live, including incidents, defects, access changes, and enhancements.</li><li>Experience working directly with business users to gather requirements and demonstrate solutions.</li><li>Ability to produce clear technical documentation and end-user guidance.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.</li><li>Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration is advantageous.
