<p><h4>Program summary</h4> <p>Under the AFCAP V Program, KBR supports the U.S. Air Force by providing engineering support services to the 378 ECES. These services ensure mission-critical installation engineering, asset management and visibility, and real property support to the 378 AEW. In addition to engineering support services at Ali Al Salem Air Base, KBR also provides food services and other quality-of-life support to sustain base operations.</p> <h4>Job summary</h4> <p>The site manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and performance of all engineering, asset management, and real property activities at the Ali Al Salem Air Base (ASAB), Kuwait. Reporting directly to the project manager, the site manager ensures services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the performance work statement (PWS), contractual requirements, applicable industry standards, OSHA safety requirements, and U.S. government/U.S. Air Force directives.</p> <p>This position provides leadership across multiple functional areas, including installation engineering, planning/programming support, sustainment management system (SMS) execution, activity management plan (AMP) support, and real property accountability—while overseeing the personnel assigned to the engineering and asset management teams (e.g., AMP managers, engineers, technicians, planners, and real property support staff).
