<p>End to end Purchase Management : Review requisitions for completeness, technical specification alignment, and budget approval before release. Creates and issues purchase orders with clear scope, delivery terms and acceptance criteria. Monitors PO life cycle from issue to closeout and escalate aging PO to stakeholders. Sourcing and Ccategory Management: Maintain up to date category strategies for consumable, inventory, rental equipment, chemicals and services.
