<p>JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
Overall responsibility to ensure Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and lighting systems are maintained and upgraded as required for Mesaieed.? Responsible to initiate and follow up on the necessary improvement HVAC and Lighting Projects.??
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Routine Duties
Ensure Preventive Maintenance of all HVAC / Lighting equipment is performed and report issues to the superintendent
Carry out all assessment of job plan including JSA, review and acknowledge drawings, understands recommendations, review spares.
Implement routine and unplanned maintenance activities in compliance with Life Critical Procedures, Tenets of Operations, plant policies and procedures, Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs) and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
Ensure that equipment maintenance / overhauling of specific equipment are in accordance with all relevant standard maintenance procedure, Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) manual to facilitate maximum reliability, availability and safety of the equipment.
Ensure that the spares parts used are maintained and available.?
Coordinate with ERG, production, safety, technical departments from reliability, QA /QC point of view related to mechanical.
Act as the Designated Site Representative (DSR) for applicable contractors to ensure the safety of the contractor on site.
Takes initiative to identify and implement areas for improvement in HVAC & Lighting.
Support emergency planned SD’s and TA related maintenance activities.
Lead troubleshooting efforts and recommend solutions and efforts to identify and resolve the root cause of failures /incidents.?
Review preventive / Corrective maintenance (PM/CM) checklists as required.
Implement and complete follow up action items from Action tracker/ Reliability improvement team recommendations / QSAFE action items in timely manner.

Overall responsibility to ensure Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and lighting systems are maintained and upgraded as required for Mesaieed.? Responsible to initiate and follow up on the necessary improvement HVAC and Lighting Projects.??
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Routine Duties
Ensure Preventive Maintenance of all HVAC / Lighting equipment is performed and report issues to the superintendent
Carry out all assessment of job plan including JSA, review and acknowledge drawings, understands recommendations, review spares.
Implement routine and unplanned maintenance activities in compliance with Life Critical Procedures, Tenets of Operations, plant policies and procedures, Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs) and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
Ensure that equipment maintenance / overhauling of specific equipment are in accordance with all relevant standard maintenance procedure, Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) manual to facilitate maximum reliability, availability and safety of the equipment.
Ensure that the spares parts used are maintained and available.?
Coordinate with ERG, production, safety, technical departments from reliability, QA /QC point of view related to mechanical.
Act as the Designated Site Representative (DSR) for applicable contractors to ensure the safety of the contractor on site.
Takes initiative to identify and implement areas for improvement in HVAC & Lighting.
Support emergency planned SD’s and TA related maintenance activities.
Lead troubleshooting efforts and recommend solutions and efforts to identify and resolve the root cause of failures /incidents.?
Review preventive / Corrective maintenance (PM/CM) checklists as required.
Implement and complete follow up action items from Action tracker/ Reliability improvement team recommendations / QSAFE action items in timely manner.
Identify spare parts requirements / material required for equipment overhauling / repairs.
Use SAP functionality to plan and execute the scheduled jobs.
Take part in Internal/External & field audits as assigned and to complete audit action items before due dates.
