Our client is a reputed organization in the catering and hospitality sector supporting Oil & Gas operations and is seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Oversee daily catering, housekeeping, laundry, and hospitality operations within the Oil & Gas rig accommodation camp. </li><li>Supervise catering and camp crews to maintain operational efficiency and service standards. </li><li>Enforce food safety, hygiene, HACCP, HSE, client, and rig-site requirements. </li><li>Monitor food supplies, consumables, housekeeping materials, and camp inventory. </li><li>Coordinate supply requirements and maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing wastage. </li><li>Manage operational budgets and monitor costs associated with camp and catering activities. </li><li>Maintain accurate operational, inventory, staff, and compliance records using MS Excel and Word. </li><li>Ensure consistently high standards of accommodation, catering, cleanliness, hygiene, and guest services. </li></ul>Required Skills <ol><li>Camp Operations Management — Ability to coordinate catering, housekeeping, laundry, and accommodation services. </li><li>Food Safety & Hygiene — Strong understanding of food-handling practices, sanitation, and hygiene controls. </li><li>HACCP & HSE Compliance — Knowledge of HACCP principles and Oil & Gas camp safety requirements. </li><li>Crew Supervision — Ability to organize and supervise catering and hospitality personnel. </li><li>Inventory & Budget Control — Ability to monitor stock, consumption, wastage, purchasing requirements, and operational costs. </li></ol>Preferred Skills <ul><li>HACCP Level 3 or Level 4 certification. </li><li>Previous Oil & Gas rig/camp catering experience. </li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word Contact Number : 9786888866  </li></ul> </div>
