We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Safety Officer in Kuwait. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas / Power sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
  
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and audits.
  
• Monitor maintenance activities for safe execution.
  
• Perform risk assessments and hazard identification.
  
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks.
  
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
  
• Maintain statutory safety documentation and reports.
  

• Safety Management Systems in Oil & Gas environments.
  
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance.
  
• Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification.
  
• Permit to Work (PTW) system knowledge.
  
• Emergency Response and Incident Investigation.
  

• NEBOSH/IOSH Certification.
  
• Fire & Emergency Response Training.
  
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
  

Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance projects within the Oil & Gas or Power industry. Experience in site safety management, compliance, and industrial maintenance projects is required.

• Minimum: Diploma
  
• Preferred: NEBOSH/IOSH Certification
  
• Additional Certifications: HSE-related certifications preferred
