<p><b>Quality Assurance & Audits</b></p><p>• Develop, maintain and apply quality and hygiene checklists/standards for each site type (salon, spa, clinic, retail, café).</p><p>• Conduct scheduled and surprise quality audits across Kuwait sites, documenting findings with clear scores and evidence.</p><p>• Track audit results over time, identify recurring issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions with site managers.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene and safety requirements, including Baladiya (municipality) and Ministry of Health standards where applicable.</p><p>• Report quality performance and trends to the CPCSO, flagging risks and improvement areas.</p><p><b>Housekeeping Operations</b></p><p>• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and cleaning schedules across all Kuwait sites to ensure consistent daily readiness.</p><p>• Set cleaning routines, standards and turnaround expectations for treatment rooms, floors, common areas and back-of-house.</p><p>• Manage housekeeping supplies, consumables and cleaning materials – monitoring stock, usage and cost control.</p><p>• Oversee vendor and contracted cleaning services (where used), ensuring service levels are met.</p><p>• Respond to urgent cleanliness or facility-readiness issues, coordinating quick resolution.</p><p><b>Team Leadership</b></p><p>• Lead, schedule and support housekeeping staff, including training on standards, hygiene protocols and safe handling of materials.</p><p>• Monitor attendance, performance and conduct of housekeeping team members, escalating issues to People & Culture as needed.</p><p>• Foster a culture of pride, accountability and consistency across housekeeping teams.</p><p><b>Coordination & Reporting</b></p><p>• Partner with site managers, operations and P&C to align quality and housekeeping standards with business needs.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records of audits, corrective actions, staffing and supplies.</p><p>• Contribute quality and housekeeping inputs to QFM and executive reporting cycles.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
