<li>Oversee spa booking practices to maximize productivity and room utilization, ensuring efficient scheduling during peak and off-peak hours.</li>
<li>Conduct daily checks of guest areas, including locker rooms, fitness areas, and relaxation rooms, to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper equipment functioning.</li>

<li>Supervise daily operations of the spa team, including therapists, attendants, and coordinators, ensuring adherence to standards.</li>
<li>Conduct training sessions for new hires, maintaining and updating the Spa Training Manual and testing materials quarterly.</li>
